I don't understand why we consistently spend little to nothing on health and education.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I wouldn't have issues with power and transport getting huge shares if we could see results. I do think a lot of our production capabilities are limited by lack of 24/7 electricity and bad roads.
Realistically, are we putting this loan towards projects that will set us up to be in a position where we foster economic development without finding ourselves in a debt trap?
What are you honestly expecting with the antecedents?
