    2. Loosing weight is easy even without exercise. Just eat fruits at night or the parfait above, or a smoothie. Eating after 6 is what causes most people to put on weight, especially in the tummy region.

    Ukwa with dried fish for lunch.

    Fish pepper soup and one piece of yam for dinner.
