Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative....

LOL....

STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
MOTHER IN LAW GOT ON A PLANE AND ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE

Please Pardon my rants, my mother in law is driving me crazy.
We are based in Germany, I have been married for 4 years now with 4 kids, two set of twins.

My dear said he wanted his mum to visit, I was happy because I needed support badly, we sent invitation and everything was fine, my dear said I will have to go to 9ja to bring mama, I was happy, we paid a nanny to take care of my squad, all boys.

Mama has never entered plane before, she lives in Ekpoma.

I got to 9ja and I would be spending 1 week, mama and her gang called me the next day and said since mama has never been on an air plane I should travel by air with her to Lagos or Abuja to test drive her heart if she can survive the journey.

I called dear and he said they were right and he never thought about it.
Anyways, I obliged and we set out to Lagos, the plain hadn't taken off but they announced the switching off of devices, phone etc. Mama ask me what they said, I explained.. My mistake.

Mama was stretching her neck and she whispered to me, "tell them to off their phone, Dem no hear wetin driver talk", I told her it was OK, they will when we are about to fly, mama said God forbid na travel we dey travel, I no fly, I said ok, take off.

When the plane started, see mama stretching and screaming, she was begging to come down and crying, mama almost killed herself from the belt, luckily she couldn't unbuckle it, goshhh, all the attendant couldn't come at that point, mama caused commotion oh.

When it was safe, they came and tried to calm her but no way, could you belief the crying and screaming got so much that they had to inject her to sleep.
Mama bit my arm, tore my blouse and took off my wig, mama tore her clothes just to get off the plane.

We arrived safely amids all the drama, a good Samaritan lady offered me a top, someone gave mama boubou, we got down and they pushed mama on wheelchair.

Mama was admitted in the hospital for 2 days with fever and shock.

Now,I left her and came back to Germany and mama called and said she is ready to come and that at least she has had the experience.

What do you guys think, should I go get her? Is it safe?
My dear can't travel, his job is doesn't permit for now.

*LMAOOOOOOOOOO.....Please i am sorry i cant stop laughing at this...
Please stay where you and leave Mama in Ekpoma...No need!
It is 7 hours from Nigeria to Germany and she might not survive if she has to cry and scream and go into shock....If she makes it to Germany, there will be many more cries.....If anything happens to her,you will be held responsible..you know how Nigerians pin the blame on someone.

Leave Mama ooooooh...hehehehehehehehehe

Please leave Mama in Ekpoma to enjoy the rest of her days, to avoid stories that touch.

    2. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Please leave mama in Ekpoma.

When I was much younger my grandma's brother's wife almost strangled a driver. Her husband was taken to the city for treatment and they sent for her. She has never entered a car before. That was her first and ever. Immediately the car moved she held the driver's neck and started shouting.

    3. So at what point did she sleep? When it was safe, they came and tried to calm her but no way, could you belief the crying and screaming got so much that they had to inject her to sleep.

  6. Some one must have told mama how rich her CV will appear if she travels to Germany and back without understanding how frightened mama was in that flight to Lagos.
Leave mama in Ekpoma to save the family embarrassment or possible heart attack.

    1. Honestly, I loved reading this!
I mean, I feel sorry for mama cos of the panic attack she suffered and her DIL for the stress she went through but it’s just heartwarming to read a story without the usual rancour we get between in laws.

Dear poster, pls let mama stay in Ekpoma abeg. Obviously someone is trying to convince her that she’s missing out on something hence her wanting to travel again. No let her go get heart attack in account of travelling.

    2. You are right at last a LOL Chronicle.
Go and get mama since she has agreed on her own. Tell her it is a 7 hour flight to prepare her mind. If she agrees fine. Mama na wahala woman sha.

Pardon me for laughing but it was quite hilarious .

Honestly I'd advise you to leave her in nigeria for now to avoid further disaster.
Or maybe seek medical counsel and know the implications the long flight would have on her health .

  18. Hahahahhaah

Mama has turned back to a baby. Your chronicle is very funny but I think Mama's heart has now been test driven. She is now used to it and have gained flight experience. Don't stop her from coming since you've already promised her. It's no more a big deal to her. She will adjust with time. Regards to "my dear". lol

    ReplyDelete
  19. Better leave her alone in Nigeria, if it's very necessary, let her son come over here to take him when he's less busy.
No let her die for you hand o.. 🤣

    All d best

  22. And if you're bringing her over, I don't think you should go get her. If she is not too old, she should be able to travel alone. My opinion tho!

  31. This is a very funny chronicle... Please, its not Mama's fault, it is aerophobia's fault.

Please, go back and bring her to Germany if you can... She need to have this experience of a lifetime.

You seem like a very patient person and that is a very good trait.

Please, pardon mama and go accompany her to Germany. Nothing will happen to her.

You can print the pictures of your double twins and give them to her while on the plane before takeoff... It can help calm her nerves.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I just love how you call your husband "My dear". So affectionate and romantic. May God continue to bless your home.

As regards Mama, I think it's best to leave her in Nigeria. Like Stella said, if anything happens to her on the way, people will definitely blame you.

Talk to hubby and advice him against it.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Madam Poster, leave mama for Ekpoma oooo, no go create problem for yourself for Germany. The drama go start for plane and e go extend to your home. Make una keep the peace as e dey right now. If una get the money, una fit plan family visit to Naija.

  36. lolzzzzzzz, yeah my tummy is aching, cant believe I'm laughing with tears on my eyes... Abeg leave mama alone ooo. Me that I'm talking haven't experience it before, but I can relate with the embarrassment

    ReplyDelete
  37. Nah... go get her. She now has experience and will caution herself.

    ReplyDelete
  38. How about you give mama sleeping pills, speak with a doctor for recommendations, she should take the pills after check in at the airport and wheel her on board .she would be at peace thru out the flight.am sure if it's the poster mother she would abandon her in ekpoma

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hahahaha biko leave mama where she is. You and your dear can be visiting her once a year in Ekpoma.
The way it's sounding she's pretty old maybe in her 70s or 80s. She won't be able to withstand that 7hr journey if she was that erratic on a 45min flight, if you now encounter turbulence on the flight she will naked herself. You will just compound yourself with more wahala of her landing in hospital in Germany,u will be caring for both her and ur 4kids... Sitting that long is not so good for old people too. The last time my grandma travelled we had to take her on walks inside the plane from time to time cos her legs swell and that thing can lead to blood clot. Every 5mins she was going to toilet and someone has to assist her. It's not it at allll.

  40. Oh my goodness! I just can't.... 😅😅😅
Well if you can take the drama because trust me there would be different levels of drama in the 7hrs it will take to get to your destination, then go bring mama. If you're fragile and can't take it, I suggest y'all leave mama be. Lmfao.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I find it hard To believe that this is a chronicle, very funny. Abeg live Mama make she dey her dey, no be by force person they take go obodo Germany.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Let mama's son, your husband, go and bring his mum. I bet you she won't act out as much as she did with you. I believe her son would be able to calm her down better than you can as he knows his mum best. With what you experienced, he will be know what to expect from her, so he would be prepared to handle it.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Leave her where she is, oh! Someone took flight of under two hours, you got bitten and basically stripped while she ended up getting sedated and hospitalised for two days. It's flight of over six hours you want to try. This your bravery (cos I don't know what else to call it) will not end in praise, oh! They will do emergency landing and de-plane both of you. And if anything happens to her, Nigerians will give you name that is not yours.

Your chronicle is so so hilarious. I’d suggest you don’t take mama on such long trip yet. You can start with two or 3 hours trips before taking her on a 7 hour trip.
    You are blessed.

  51. Abegi, dont leave mama anywhere jare. Life is far too short, you have to enjoy every single moment of it. I get it you were embarrassed but picture yourself telling your kids this story when they are older and them in turn telling thiers. Thats what makes life, memories. Come and get her, take her to the doctor let them certify her fit to fly and prescribe a relaxant like cocodamol. Nothing heavy. 4tabs. She will sleep most od the flight to and fro and would see her kid and grandkids and make sweet memories.

Unless money or convenience is an issue, this onw no be big deal at all.

God bless you and your family and keep you all together in love and happiness

  55. I begged my mother inlaw to come help out with the children, she refused saying she doesn't want to fly on air like bird. My mother came and stayed one year. Sister inlaws insists their mum must come too since my mum came. She managed to fly down here. The fear of flying back is what is keeping her it's been 2years and I'm tired and want her to leave so I can have peace in my home. How do I convince her .

Why don't you test her again after checking that her health can bear it. Let her travel to Lagos by plane again. If she's much better than last time, then you can take her to Germany. God will continue to bless your home
