President Trump Reportedly Sacks Two Impeachment Witnesses

The president of the United States of America, Donald Trump who was acquitted after facing impeachment charges has sacked two key witnesses in the impeachment charges brought against him...

They are  Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union and Ukraine expert Alexander Vindman, a decorated Army lieutenant colonel.

David Pressman, attorney to Alexander Vindman said this was a form of retaliation and an astonishing move by Trump to clear his administration of people who have testified in the impeachment probe, which investigated Trump’s attempt to pressure Ukraine to pursue investigations that could help his 2020 re-election bid.

The attorney noted that his client was 'escorted' from the White House.

In a statement reported by several media outlets, Sondland stated: “I was advised today that the president intends to recall me effective immediately as United States Ambassador to the European Union."

Trump was quoted in these words; “You think I’m supposed to be happy with him? I’m not."

Vindham however will be reassigned to a position in the Defense Department.

  1. Yes, I will do same thing too.
Alexander Vindman sold his boss out and he should know since the day of testimony that his job is on the line, even his life.

    1. Me too mehn. Doesn't matter if they have a good or bad President, their country is working and they have basic amenities. The fact that they can impeach a president, put him on his toes is their own dividends of democracy which Nigeria doesn't have. We are still battling electricity and pipeborne water when almost every country in the world has passed that stage. Mtschew our country sef.

  6. Lt. Col. Vindman and his twin Brother are both in the US Army. They were not fired. They were relieved of their jobs in the Whitehouse. They will be reassigned somewhere else.
Last time l checked, Christians are not supposed to tell lies. I stand for truth.

  7. They are both going back to the Pentagon. Their rotation was supposed to end in July anyway.
Vindman was subpoenaed. He had no choice but to obey.
Nothing but an act of cowardice for such retribution. Sad thing is, Oga will do something else soon. It’s a big no, no, to have a blind obedience to anyone in a democracy.
