The Oluwo Of Iwo Land Has Been Suspended By Osun State Monarchs

The Osun state council of traditional rulers have suspended Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi for six months.

The royal fathers at their emergency meeting held at the Osun State Government Secretariat, Abere, on Friday 21st February, and was presided over by Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, arrived at the decision to suspend the Oluwo.

They however noted it was not in connection with the recent alleged assault on the Agbowu of Agbaagba, Oba Dhikirulahi Akinropo, but over his indecent acts to some monarchs.
