    2. You didn't see that the man is a soldier who likely used his influence to make sure the mother didn't take her child, abi? Someone who walked out a female soldier who tried to intervene, what do you think he would have done to the mother?

I know one high ranking soldier who ensured his ex wife didn't see her children for years! The children searched for her when they became adults.

SO STOP BLAMING THE INNOCENT MOTHERS, PLEASE!

Thing is some men don't allow and ppl don't have money to go to court. Some women also may not be financially capable especially if they were house-wives.

    4. some men will never allow their their wife move out with their kids ..most women are ready to leave but for the sake of their kids, they choose to stay toll the kids are grown to avoid this kind of situation

    5. We also don't know if the mother of the girl is even alive. Not all stepmother situations happen cos of divorce or separation.

    6. I find it extremely ironic that Nigerian women are earning each other to leave with their children when a marriage goes bad. These same women will never shouting he must love me and my kid up and down. Value yourself. Don’t be desperate. You cannot love your husband’s children but he must love yours. No wonder after marriage men treat you shabbily, because your true evil natures become exposed .

  7. Why do people treat other people’s children so bad, why? why? why? I feel so sad seeing this.

Sometimes I hear people say my mum is the best but check well you will see that those so called best mums maltreat other people’s children and treat theirs like eggs. For me for you to qualify as the best mum or whatever, you should also treat other people’s children like your own biological ones. Any thing short of that, you are a horrible person no matter how your own children sees you.

    3. Prettiest Rosie thank you for saying it as it is.

My cousin's would never call their evil mother out except her first son who happens to be her third child. She continued her evil against everyone on her husband's side until she wrecked her own family. Her husband(my uncle) died early, they sold everything he acquired (massive) and practically live from hand to mouth.
In my own family, we caution my mom though she didn't maltreat helps/other people's children. However, whenever she makes a wrong comment or decision we caution her.

Lots of mothers (women) are wicked and they didn't just learn it in their husbands' house.
I observed it as a teenager in boarding school - wicked seniors and prefects. I was a boarder from SSS yet, that 1 year-gap was enough for some students to deal ruthlessly with SS1 & 2 Students notwithstanding that our school authority prohibited the use of cane and corporal punishment from inception. Then, I told them that's how they carry their meanness into marriage - because they learnt it from their own mothers at home.

    2. This is the reason I'm praying for my friend who is a widower .
I really dont want any woman illtreating his son.

      Delete
    3. Advise your widower friend to wait until his son is 18 before remarrying. That's the safest bet. I know one who waited until his children entered the university and it turned out to be the best.

      Delete
    4. @chocolate Barbie, please take the advice of Anonymous 12:52. It is better your widower friend wait until his child is a young adult before entangling himself in a relationship with any Nigerian women.

      Delete
    5. That's not true. Not all women are bad. I can treat anybody's child or children like mine, even planning to adopt one or two despite having my own children when I get married. I don't joke with the defendless and the helpless. Not to sound insensitive but It's just scary marrying such a man because you will start to wonder what led to the death of the wife. That's the only thing that always pull some ladies back.

    6. Ms.A you are someone I respect a lot on this blog.
You telling him to take anon 12:52 comment
means you are indirectly supporting fornication and immorality. So the man will be alone for 18 years or he keeps frolicking around with random women? That's not a best advice. He should pray if he is a good Christian that God sends him a good mother for his son because trust me, if the boy is very you g he needs a mother's love. The man can't do everything on his
      Own nau

    7. No my dear anonymous 14:39! You see where I said the man should wait., I am in no way supporting formication at all.

A lot of us are also waiting without messing around at all. Same advice I'll give to myself.

Nothing stops the man from being alone until his child is grown. The child is most probably not a baby and the man won't need to wait for another eighteen years to get a woman that will love him for him and also respect his child.

A lot of men are also raising their kids alone, most of them choose not to make noise about it unlike us women.

      Peace ✌🏽💖

Hmm his son is about 6 yrs and he is a christian ,
He's seeking God for marriage and I'm praying for a good woman too .

    10. @ Chocolait, let him remarry abeg.

That boy needs a mother figure. The man also needs a companion and partner. He needs to have one or 2 other kids as well.

Let him seek God's face and pray very well for a good woman. There are still God fearing women on earth.

Advise him to be close to his son such that the boy can talk to him about anything.

If she maltreats him, he will know.

God be with the lil boy.

Dear women if you've to leave your marriage please take your child,
No matter how powerful and influential your husband is devise a means of going with your child(ren) .
It's a wicked world and the heart of man is deep.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Another one...Except in the cases of death of the mother, all women should not leave their husbands without their children. No one can care for a child but the mother even in the face of abject poverty.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Unless the woman is dead, I can understand. If not please women if you want to leave, leave with your children. Nobody can keep a secret like a woman, make your plans and move to the end if the world if you must. Nigeria harms not database or records. Change your names, if possible features in your new location and bring up your children/child the best way you can.

That man up there and the lady are evil, you allowed a woman mistreat your child because of plantain and you kept mute? Even walked an angel God sent to save you and her away? Because of gini? May you and that evil lady never find peace.
I saw that picture with the little girl lying lifeless beside her. How wicked can the heart of man be?

Rest on beautiful one, the ones who were supposed to protect you killed in cold blood.

  12. Children especially another person's child are such an endangered specie in Nigeria. Chai what kind of wickedness is this? .
As for women from the Eastern part of Nigeria, they have the wickedness from the depths of hell that they unleash on kids that are not theirs. Gosh, so mind wrenching 😭.

In this particular case the young girl must have been so starved though she is the one doing all the house chores. A ten year old is still a child for crying out loud. Arrrrghhh.

  15. Nawa why are Nigerian step-mother's always wicked. Only few nice ones that take the child as theirs.
I had a family friend until she was getting married and I saw another woman they said is her mum seated with the parents. The woman we all knew as her mum is actually her step-mum. And she has actually even lived with this her step-mums sister before while schooling in the North. She even looks more like the step-mum than her mum cos they are both fair and tall.

  16. RIP girl. At least you will be in a better place now. Let this devil rot in jail. If she was your daughter will you even touch her because of palintain? and the fool of a husband why didn't you return the girl to the mother when you know you and your wife can tolerate her? i am sure she ate that plaintain out of hunger because your devil of a wife would have been starving her.

  21. Wickedness everywhere I can't begin to imagine what that dear child went through! When I had my son I choose to leave with him. We drank garri together eat yam and oil together in short he consoled me when I was down. There was a time i was sick I couldn't get up from my bed. Nobody to take me to hospital, my son went out to call taxi for me to take me to hospital,he explained to the driver who came and carried me into the cab and took me to hospital. Even my late mother loved my son. So I don't see why women can be this evil because of plantain? That father is equally to blame he is wicked and may he get full punishment for what he did to his own daughter kai! It is even written in the bible people having no natural affections, selfish hard hearted Tufiakwa!

  27. Nigerian women. Ah, God why did you drop me in this shithole? You people always shoot how Nigerian men are wicked but I’m yet to hear of an incident where a Nigerian man killed or maltreated his stepchild or relatives of his wife. If such exist, they are infinitesimal and out of cahaacter. The norm is Nigerian women, our angelic Nigerian women showing their devilish inclinations.

I said it here two years ago, before an Nigerian man beats his wife he has seen all manner of provocation and emasculation that his mind has been twisted to believe that’s the only way to regain the respect he thought his wife had for him.

Also we're assuming that the mother would have treated the child well "cos it's her mother" when two days ago on this blog, a useless excuse for a mother under whose 👃 her 3yo daughter is being abused, was talking about circumcising her child after failing to ask questions at the school cos she "doesn't want to accuse anyone falsely"?
