  1. Did you say depression? Malnutrition nko?
Someone told me yesterday that she could only afford to buy noodles and dangote spaghetti for the lockdown. Couldn’t afford eggs or stew stuff.

  2. A lot of people are anxious because they don't know what will happen. As humans, we like to have some semblance of control, so this quarantine is tough.

I think it is important for Christians to look away from themselves and ask God, "what is Your purpose for me this period? What are you calling me to do? Why is this happening at this time?", and listen for His voice.

Waiting is hard. Waiting in the midst of a plague like this is even harder. Don't give in to fear. Surrender your need to be in control.

Spend time with yourself. A lot of people are scared to be alone and to face what is inside of them. Now is the time to confront those fears in you. Now is the time to heal, to grow. We shall emerge from this stronger and brighter.

Play uplifting music. Go for a walk in your street or neighborhood to get fresh air. Read that book you've been saying you will. Write that business proposal you never had time to. Send applications for that programme you want to study.

I strongly believe a seed is springing forth, out of these ashes. A revival is happening. I see it around me. Many people are reaching for a higher power to understand these events. Many people are turning to God.

Hang in there. We are together. We will get through this. We are holding on to the One who is seated on the throne, immovable, solid, unshakeable. Who's isn't pacing like we are, wondering how this happened and how to curtail it. We are holding on to the One who saw this, and has a plan, who is working even we don't see it!

    Be encouraged!!

  4. oh so touching,it can become dangerously boring if your Estate is extra secluded, dead quiet except little musical tones now and there,no loud music.
We took in DH's niece who is a university undergraduate when she called last monday day night crying like a baby. Checked her temp very well.

Yvonne you should have relations somewhere na,chaii.

  6. Listen Stella, fall in to depression because you are doing it to stay alive and healthy for yourself and your family. All these talks about feeling bad staying at home, how many people are even extroverts?, a lot of Nigerians also work from their homes, not all of them have offices they pay for. The foodstuff sellers who need everyday income are still doing their best outside.. when this hits, the person regrets not staying at home, you will then know that money and hunger are nothing near health.. and that depression is a walk in the park compared to being in an isolation centre. Our society is such that even being a survivor of this deadly virus will even leave a stigma because of our usual low level of exposure and lack of acceptance. Let us STAY HOME and STAY WELL and encourage each other with our platforms to enjoy being home and stop all these talk about staying home not being good, we need each other alive.. Simple

    1. Exactly..How long has Yvonne stayed at home that we won't hear word? What of those that have stayed home for 12 weeks? Abeg Yvonne go and play with your baby and stop crying unnecessarily.
It is not easy for anyone but it is for the greater good.

  7. Yvonne, you are crying because:
    1. Corona has taken attention away from your nudity
    2. You are lonely, it is one of "the occupational hazard" of divorce or being single after you've been married.
    3. You have been indoors.

    1. @ Ammon 12:15... I wonder why her nudity is a headache for you.. if she wants to take nude pictures and post on the internet it is none of your frigging business, face ya front,it is not your body( that is if you even have a sexy body as good as hers)

    3. @14:40
If she takes nude and keeps in her house, then it is none of my business.
Once she posts them on the internet and I see it on stella's blog, it is both my
      business and my concern.
