Chronicle Of Hope

......Sometimes the story might overwhelm you!

GOD REMOVED THE STUMBLING BLOCK

I had an issue that almost crumbled my home and my MIL et hubby were frustrating life out of me physically and spiritually.

We courted for 8 years before introduction i was preggy already fast forward to marriage et all.On the night of my wedding, hubby said I should follow him to shrine the next day so as to take an oath,i refused vehemently and that was the beginning of issues.

I had to involve family members my parents were against it,but his mom said it's their tradition in Abeokuta,Ibogun to be precise. Hmmmm,I saw hell, and thank God for safe delivery as soon as I put to bed I moved out of my husbands home and went to my parents. But they were still sending attacks spiritually,I would wake up feeling drained and MIL calls me on phone to say I have not seen anything.

January 2019,I went into dry fasting for 3 days, jeez i almost died but it was worth it.February i received a call that MIL fell ill and died. That was the end of problem in my marriage.

My advice to mothers and wives out there,no matter your situation please take it to God in prayer and fasting. Olowogbogboro, answers prayers.

May our testimonies be permanent in Jesus name. 😍

    3. Thank you o @Drezza. I was about to ask the same question. Poster you can't tell me you were ignorant of all these practices throughout the eight years of courtship. You just used your two korokoro eye to enter bobdage because love was shacking you. Well it's a good thing you came out victorious

    4. I don't think is right to go back to the same man. For him to agree with his mum means he is fetish too except he is sorry and back to the true God.

    5. Some people are good at hiding secrets ooh. Maybe he has a coven pact with his mother. This life is very deep. When you think they are human beings, you discover they wicked beings in human form.

  2. Where are those who say we should not pray violent prayers and send fire against enemies?

As for me, O biara ge gbum ga e gbu onwe ya, oku ga-agbaji aka ji m. Oke m ga-eru m aka.

  3. So they had a tradition in abeaokuta. What happens if the tradition isn't carried out? Death of a family member? So the MIl was the one sending attacks to you not the diety your husband'family worships? Are you still married to your husband who asked you to follow him to a shrine to serve an idol despite that you are a Christian?

Throughout your courtship for 8 years how did your MIL treat you?

  4. Make no mistake about this, But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. No matter what we go through in life, there's possiblity of a turn around if we hold on to our belief in God in prayers.

Now understand this, no one can curse whom God has blessed. "And in blessings, I will bless you and I will curse them that curse you...." Isn't God faithful and just?

    5. @mcpinky "January 2019,I went into dry fasting for 3 days, jeez i almost died but it was worth it.February i received a call that MIL fell ill and died. That was the end of problem in my marriage."

So @mcpinky you are going to pretend the death of the MIL was a pure coincidence even after the poster implied her death after her so called fasting put an end to all her problems. Might be her time indeed.

Poster On the last day when your mates are presenting souls they won for Christ you will be presenting "witches you killed with fasting and sent to hell" I wonder which Christ you all read about.
      Hypocrites everywhere. Bad mouth ni.

Its very unchristian like but common today in your churches to see people coming to give testimonies of how they were in an accident others died but "God" kept them, how no one else was promoted but they were the only one miraculously promoted,. Selfish Generation.

  8. 15:18 you asked all the relevant questions on my mind.

Folks would know a partner's background especially spiritual and still accept to marry them. Why write chronicles afterwards?

Pray first (by yourself, not Pastor/Iman/Babalawo/Parents/Friends) and be sure of God's leading.

    1. @Mc Pinky(Dgreat), the poster dated her husband for 8 years and got pregnant before their marriage. That's enough time to know his fetish background and family beliefs.

  9. Bottom line: your MIL fell ill n died that's your testimony. I feel this sends the wrong message, rejoicing at the death of another? That's not Christian at all. Did you pray for her repentance? Did you ask God to arrest her as he did Saul?

    3. Until some enemies fall you would continue to fight battles. And when they refuse to repent and turn from their wicked ways, they are likely to be cut down in battle, even without mentioning names. If you have never experienced attacks you may not understand. But they are real.

  12. It is not a tradition in Abeokuta, it is a tradition in their family or may be they just have an ulterior aim. Abeokuta is quite cosmopolitan, it's not a village, anyone that decides to retain traditional worship does at his/her own call, not a tradition. I was born there, pry,sec n uni days dia, lived there and still have my folks there.

  13. As per Abeokuta , asked me , the illiterate among them are just like that. Court hubby for 12yrs , brought him to london and married with 3children .Had my traditional wedding in absential , where all the necessities was done . Not 1yr after , this MIL shows how evil devilish she is . Imagine calling his son at every available opportunuty to tell him about every death with joy in her community , mind you all of the dead are ijebus and are all witches in her own words.
Causing her children as against me at every available opportunity .she has the believe that i did not allow my husband to bring her futureless siblings to UK. All the male 4 males refused to go to school with no education, none of the 4girls is in the husband house, 2divoursed, 1 alleged of killing her husband , and has no manners , they are all ill mannered, greatest achiever is a primary school teacher except hubby, though managing himself but refused to further his education here in UK.
Within 1st year of being married , she was unhappy of me giving birth , to the extent of telling me to control my child bearing, refused to greet me when i had 2nd and 3rd child
Calling me child of ritualist, as long as you are from rich home , your parent are ritualist.
Yet i make sure i send her goods 3times yearly which her son never did, no thank you oo
Going about to fake babalawo and pastor for my sake , guess what it always come back to her children. At a time , she was alaways reffering to me and my parent or any ijebu people as witches. Infact called me one time when i had c-section with my first that , the problems came from my mother side because they are witches , juat smile sha
She knows every witches in her local area to the extent that she recently moved out of her husband house to her kids believing that the witches in her area are after her.
Can rememeber visting naija, and de cided to greet one of te wife who was on sick bed, imagine telling me that she rather died because she is a witch , yet she is a CAC memeber who pretend to be Godly . This God answers prayer. Had discussion with hubby, 7days after hubby apologised to me for asking me to choose between himself and my my mother , Defonitely i choose my my mu , heawait divorce sha, because he is of the opiion that my family are the one controlling me . His mother passed away after recovery from sickness. Witches she was running after finalky finished her . Painful but hope she repent. Guess what why she hate me , my lovely FIL confided in me that he once married an ijebu woman who gave him a male child , unfortunately, the child was killed

    1. My dear forget about your inlaws o,those children that you have, you better look for a good church and separate those children from their fathers lineage if not what is happening to your inlaws might visit your children(lack of education or the fact that the girls are not doing anything tangible).
Pray and break that curse, there is obviously a curse in that family.
Your inlaws are not your problems o.
Act now and save yourself the bread of sorrow tomorrow.

  14. Good to know you are okay. But I hope you did not pray for your MIL to die. If you did,
It wasn't God that answered that prayer For Jesus taught that his followers should,
    "Pray for your enemies..."Matt. 5:44, Romans 12:17-21
God has no pleasure in the death of a sinner Ezekiel 18:23🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

  15. If you say your mother in law was against you no problem.

But going back to the man working with your MiL saying God restored your home baffles me.

Wasn't part of the same set of people who attacked you?

Is it not the same family. Won't someone else take up from where your mother in law stopped?

Your story get as e be, walahi.

I want to know how the fasting is being done. When I break at six pm, what do I eat and drink. Throughout the fasting period, what do I eat and break with?
      Thanks

    5. Dry fasting, you're not eating at all for the duration of the fast!!!!

      I think!!,🤷🤷

    6. Dreza darling , u don’t break at 6, or eat anything until the 3rd day hence the reason she said she almost died. For a first timer it’s really hard but trust me subsequently it’s not at all. Stay away from people and be very focused on God and what u want and not on the problem. On the 3rd day start by taking liquid jus in small quantity please ok, just don’t rush d food else u might have stomach ache.

If u are not able to do the no food at all u can start taking liquid at 6pm the following day that is no food on the first day at all or even the first day , u know ur strength and u also know how important what u want is so when food or distraction comes u know what is most important ... the most important thing is for you to look to ur creator with a very clean and sincere heart ok. God will answer your prayers, the heavens and earth will work in your favour darling .

You can get OUR DAILY MANNA, it has short prayers for some major problems people usually have I think in the first ten pages and u can use it and not be too overwhelmed with looking at plenty prayer points , pray them well, pray them hard. Even the times you are not able to pray, trust me that feeling might come just make sure you are reading the bile and meditating ( especially psalms and Isaiah ) read it for as long as you want, plays Gospel music and always meditate( for me worship moves me more than prayer) and u will just see yourself praying violently while listening to gospel music.

If there is any more question dear feel free to ask ok, you are not bugging no one, i’d Try to check this post again to answer your question.

  19. Your MIL monitored and rejoiced over the death of other people. You are rejoicing and testifying about your MIL's death... I guess like poles repel. The man you dated for years suggested shrine after marriage- were you truly shocked or you ignored the signs? This man is back and you share your body, house and children with him. What is his current belief system and is it in line with yours? Do you have shared values and vision? Is he still a customer of shrines because he has every right to practice that religion?

I hope you are not rejoicing over a man who is no prize and a marriage that is not your portion. Without his Mum, he will still go to where he puts his faith. I hope you made things clear about the pillars of this marriage so you don't have more fasting and prayer to do? This man is looking like a problem to me. No backbone, no drive to further his education, no vision for his family... Are you sure the deliverance is over?
