Osun Assembly Passes Death Sentence Bill For Kidnappers Into Law...

The Osun State House of Assembly on Tuesday March 10,2020 passed to law the bill that recommends death sentence to act of kidnapping, banditry and ritual killings.

According to Dailypost,The Speaker, RT. Hon. Timothy Owoeye, in his submission asserted that with the passage of the bill, section 364 of the criminal code cap 38 law of Osun which stipulates 10 years for kidnappers stands repealed and replaced with death penalty.

  1. This bill should be passed into law for the entire nigeria and not just some states, what these kidnappers do to their victims and families is barbaric and wicked.

Most times things never go back the same especially when they choose to kill the victim after collecting huge amount of ransom😩....I hate and will forever hate kidnappers with all of my soul, they are evil & wicked people💔

  2. They should also pass a bill that will sentence RAPISTS TO DEATH.let it apply to all states and not a few, that way wild wolves can learn to have self control.
