Wetin dey to eat today?
Do you have food but cannot eat?Or can you eat but have no food?.....I have food but not eating today until it is lunch time....Cappuccino mixed with horlicks will do for me.....
I think i am eating too much and need to cut down how many times i eat.....
What about you?eating too much or not?
Any photo i use for the breakfast post is what i wish to eat...lol

I want to learn how to take breakfast like you. I want to get to that level where I can take just green tea without being hungry. I swear that will be nice. I know it takes a lot of discipline but I ain’t got that kind of discipline, so help me God 🤦♀️
