  2. The grim reality we Nigerians are still in denial is that COVID-19 cases will keep increasing. This is a country with very limited testing kits, and we should by now know that it is through carrying out aggressive testing on individuals with symptoms that 1. you determine those who have contracted the disease, and 2. quarantine such persons, and 3. treat/manage the disease.

Now, what you have is scanty testing. There are people roaming around with COVID-19, and freely spreading it. After all, we have a sizeable population that still believes the disease is a scam, the devil's handiwork, etc. Infact the 5G conspiracy theory has predominated the urgent need to scale up testing. Shocking.

Do you care to know what the grim reality would be. Cases will keep rising. Would you call me a fear-monger if I say we haven't even got to the peak. Of course, Nigerians would exclaim "I reject it in Jesus name". Serious nations are taking serious actions.

  9. If you believe these numbers I have a house to sell you in Banana Island for N10,000. Most Americans have not been tested. Same with most Nigerians. Once tests increased in America, Trump stopped saying he had 15 cases with only one left to recover. Google Trump’s speeches Jan, feb on the virus. My point is not to wish for an increase but to plead with people to take precautions. If you have 10 kids in Ajegunle one room and parlor, go to the village where there may be more space for now. Prevention is better than cure or false sense of security. This goverment is lying like China did originally!
