God Wants Nigerians To Pray....

Please read further and take this serious.........

This was as directed a Blog visitor by God....My Job is to post and alert people...
I tried to wriggle out of this but it didn't work and then i realised disobeying God is even worse so i am posting this for the BV to alert you all that God is speaking to several people....

The email goes thus...

''This is what God revealed to me in His words this morning. It has been strongly pressed on my mind to tell the whole world and what other way to accomplish that than through the social media.

‎ Jonah 3:7-9;

Do not let any man or beast, herd or flock, taste anything. Do not let them eat or drink. But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth. Let everyone call urgently on God. Let them give up their evil ways and their violence. Who knows? God may yet relent and with compassion turn from His fierce anger, so that we will not perish.

If God can have mercy on Nineveh and He told Jonah in 4:11 "But Nineveh has more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right from their left and many cattle as well. Should I not be concerned about that great city?"

God loves us, He is concerned about us, that is why He is sending this message, let all Christian fast for a day and pray to God vehemently to have mercy on Nigeria and please take away is burning anger and show us His love again. Please if you do not believe, don't waste your time and starve yourself. One day is not too much to pray in unity for our country Nigeria, Nigeria is now like Nineveh, the evil and violence in the country is just too much.

I am starting my own fasting from 12 this midnight and I will break by 3pm with prayers by 12am, 3am, 6am, 9am, 12 noon and 3pm. You can break anytime you want to, what matters is your heart and commitment. I pray that‎ God would not let our home be hit with this rising pestilence all over the world in Jesus Name. Amen''.

  6. I always keep my beloved country in my prayers, I would not be going on this fasting exercise with you because I don't feel convicted to. But if the Lord lays it in y'alls hearts to intercede and fast for Naija, please do not ignore that call! May God continue to be with us!

  10. Funny how a post for prayers got less than 10 comments. But put any random post about sin and evil over 100 comments.

Truth is very few of us will pray or take this serious. It's really unfortunate...anyways, my family and I have been praying before now and we will continue.

Y'all should better take this seriously cos if a whole superpower like USA can be overwhelmed in a matter of weeks, then Nigeria is in trouble. Cos the moment it reaches 1000 infected we are doomed.

May God hear our cries and answer all our prayers...Amen.

    1. Amethyst have you ever over salted your food before? Now imagine cooking a pot of 80% salt and 20% of other food condiments. It will be inedible! That is what has happened to the over 'religioning' issues. Now, the more I hear people quote the bible and lie that God told them things the more I am pushed farther from Christianity and it's same for majority. I swear, reading comments from "Ang" on this blog made me stop going to church. You won't believe it but it is true. I have zero tolerance now for anyone who has a slightest resemblance of the person I have pictured her to be. Honestly, the thread that holds me to Christianity is growing thinner.

    2. Saphire dear there is a lot that is wrong in this world our only hope is our relationship with God ..if we look around us at what people are doing and saying we will never get Gods best for us ..leave all this anon comments of people you don't know and seek God for yourself ..He will show you who He is

      Delete
    3. Sapphire, I feel you, but I can boldly say the Christianity ANG portrays on this platform is far from the Love of Christ I know. Please don't give up on the true God!

      Delete
    4. I feel you @Saphire: I can imagine Ang's type in reality. veery toxic and farr from the True love of Christ.
someone that thinks only her is right and others are wrong.

      Delete
    5. Please @Saphire how can you say someone's comment draws you away from God? Common, you should have a mind of your own when it comes to things like this.

Please have it in mind that salvation is a personal thing phi2:12 says "... work out your own salvation with trembling" your own salvation o, not our salvation

What you just said would be the lamest excuse on judgement day

I know people like to say God is Love which he is according to 1John 4:8 but he is also a consuming fire according to Hebrews 12:29

And on the day of judgement there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.. this is no joke... the loving God shall bring judgement upon the wicked...so "ang" comment may not be what you want to hear, but it will not stop the judgement of God or make God compromise on the day of judgement.

Study your bible yourself and get to know God yourself, you need no man to teach you, please don't be lazy "But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him."
      1 John 2:27,

God save and preserve our souls✌

  13. No offense. It’s good to fast but faith without works is dead and Nigeria is an example of that. All types of prophets, apostle, most eminent etc fasting 100 days etc. By all means pray and fast but read Isaiah 59;6... “is this not the fast I have chosen? To undo the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens and let the oppressed go free and that you break every yoke”. We are a hypocritical people using religion to cover theft, corruption and treasury looting that puts bands of hunger and unemployment on people. Religion, including Christianity when it’s perverted is very wicked. That is why a senator can sing “ enu mi ti fe, ba mi gbe, rolls Royce, Lamborghini etc” that an ex senator of a poverty stricken state can put out on you tube. God will not do for you what he knows you can do for yourself. If you are a runs girl, don’t bother fasting unless you repent, if you are a ritualistic or corrupt official, your prayer is “an abomination to God. If prayer makes a country developed we would be more developed than the G7 but faith without works is dead.

If you say you are a Christian and you pocket the allocation for a highway, the blood of every one that dies in any accident on that highway is on your head. It really is that simple. Micaiah 6:8 says He has shown thee o man what is good and what the lord requires of thee,to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. What we need is the spirit of repentance and conviction to fall on all of us. The type that happened in Scotland when Jonathan Edwards, the great revivalist of the 1700s prayed for and people were convicted in bars and public places, looters of today will return their loot and trust me like Late Thomas Sankara did with former Upper Volta now Burkina Faso ( the land of the upright), nation building will happen. Check his story on you tube, men, women, young adults built the railroads in Sankara’s Burkina Faso! He stopped his officials from using luxury cars and led by example. Until his best friend was used by reactionary forces of French colonial masters to spray bullets on him to prevent good governance in Africa. Till today The Central Bank of Ivory Coast is in France! Imagine! Google it.He boasted at the African Union conference that his clothes from cotton to seen item was all made in Burkina Faso!
First,Nigeria means Nigger-Area, why not change it. A name given to keep you down needs to change. It may seem symbolic but we need our national pride back. Instead of Amechi giving roads to chinese, put all the youths to work, it’s not rocket science and Sankara did it. The people constructed roads and rail lines, no white or Chinese etc there. This was in the early eighties. He & Fela were buddies. He took power at 33! Fast but tell Them to return our loot or .... Not just political Opponents but for real! We have prayed but I think our prayer should be for God to pour the spirit of genuine repentance from dead works and then go after every looter and crony in the 774 local go ts &36 states. The math is very simple! The money will build 10 hospitals with 100 ventilators in each. It time to act, we have prayed more than any nation! Return your loot then get on your knees to prevent the wrath of God & the oppressed wasting youths!

  16. So what have we been doing before this outbreak, singing and dancing? Always good to be prepared before hand, not all this emergency prayers. After this pandemic people g willback to how they were living before and the cycle continues, anyway, just maybe this pandemic has brought us to our knees, but after this we should remain on our knees.

  18. God help us all. We should also pray for God's protection over all the children all over the world. And we should also pray for God to restore the hope and faith of His children who have lost or are losing their faith because of the situation of things.
