A thirty-six year old Kenyan man,Evans Mamboleo Nyachuba has been arrested by the police after he hit his brother in the back and head with a plank, killing him on the spot after he caught him pants down with their mum.
Evans was said to have visited his mum on Thursday, April 16th about 8.30pm when he saw his 31 year old younger brother Fred Onsongo having sexual intercourse with their 55 year old mum, Doria Moraa Nyachuba.
Evans who reached for a plank smashed it on the head and back of his brother killing him immediately.
Onsongo’s body has since been deposited at the Nyamira County Referral Hospital morgue.
The suspect, Mamboleo, has also been arrested and is being held at Ekerenyo police post.
The police also confirmed that investigation into the case had commenced.
