If you are intermittent fasting, don't add honey to your tea, it has significant calories & sugar and you will no longer be in a fasting state when you drink it. I have lost weight on intermittent fasting and OMAD (one meal a day). I hear people telling me they are gaining weight/not loosing weight on intermittent fasting, and when i ask them what they are eating/drinking they give similar details to what you posted above.
