Saturday Breakfast Post....

The Breakfast post has landed......












In these times,we eat everything we cook and make sure nothing is remained to throw away...I already had something to eat....some light coffee and soft bread...
Remember that you dont need to stuff in a lot during breakfast when you have the rest of the day

    10. Jess, take a laxative. Preferably one that has senna in it. Works like magic. In future, take one tablet on day 1 as soon as u feel your menses coming.

  7. Wish l can fast today. The thought of not going to church on Esther day is not funny. Those Esther hymns. I am sure this lockdown will soon be over in Nigeria because the Muslims will soon start their fasting. From next week infected people will be counting down. My thought sha.

  9. Sorry dear, drink a very hot Lipton, then bathe with hot water and massage ur V very well with the hot water when bathing . Then try and sleep afterwards.. works perfectly for me, I'll be fine when I wakeup

  10. I will be eating a cup of oats and 2 bananas plus 2 slices of fresh bread. Late breakfast though. 11am.
    Have to proportion my calories daily .

    Greek yoghurt(as in 0% fat) and grapes... Whenever I take this, it makes me visit the Loo early morning and my stomach becomes flat like blade after that..

  30. I am having a cup of ginger,turmeric, honey and half a lemon with hot water, I am practicing intermittent fasting. To reduce my calorie intake my tummy is going down guys! I love it! I am eating by 12 noon!

    2. If you are intermittent fasting, don't add honey to your tea, it has significant calories & sugar and you will no longer be in a fasting state when you drink it. I have lost weight on intermittent fasting and OMAD (one meal a day). I hear people telling me they are gaining weight/not loosing weight on intermittent fasting, and when i ask them what they are eating/drinking they give similar details to what you posted above.

  34. I blended pineapple, watermelon, banana, avocado, carrot, ginger and garlic together and it's awesome, drank to my satisfaction with hot Lipton. Still sleeping......
