How come the FG is now introducing another measure? It is surely not a period to alleviate poverty. Why is it that this Buhari govt is so ethnically biased? He sees everything from the standpoint of the Northerners. When they are given alleviation to the Boko Haram displaced Nigerians, did the Southerners raise voice? Southerners need to be wise.
