    1. So if Naira Marley has corona virus that is how he would have infected all those policemen in that photo

    2. Their helmet and guns will protect them from the virus.

    5. I don't think that's the actual photo of his current arrest. He has plenty arrest-photos that bloggers can pick from to help readers visualize the story. But you know what, going by the Funke courtroom videos I saw today, won't be surprised if Marley's actual arrest will be just like the photo. I doubt if any corona safety provisions were made for our armed forces and they are most at risk! Imagine if the virus spreads from the cops to inmates or something like that.

    6. Wait o... I am not understanding. Was he the only one present at the party? In that case, they should arrest everybody that attended the party na... He propably didn't know that there would be much crowd so why arrest him? Is arresting the celebrant not enough for them? Nonsense and ingredient! Those people just wanna use him as a scape goat and extort money from him as well. Mtchewwww.... For their mind, maga must to pay. Rubbish!!!!!

    5. Yes naira Marley and Funke are part of the weak and poor.they are not among the political elite that can do whatever and get away with it.Oyedepo hosted a church service,The bishop in Enugu too but were they arrested ?no because they know people.Leave the small change in Funke and naira marleys pockets, they are part of the poor and downtrodden in Nigeria.who be their papa ?

    6. As far as Nigeria is concerned there are only two classes of people. The rich and the poor. The former can do anything and get away with it while the later can’t,that is the difference and not their account balance.

    7. Sometimes people no de read. Yes we all shouted that Oyedepo flouted the law but as at that time it was only Lagos that had initiated a lockdown. He claims his church is in Ogun state. Same thing with the Bishop. Enugu had not enforced their lockdown, that is if they are even included like Lagos, Abuja and Ogun state.
Let anyone try it amongst these states and others that have joined the lockdown and see how far.

And you say he is a dad? Or sperm supplier? Whatever. I feel so sorry for his kids.

    2. 🤦 so the government used JuJu or bribed the celebrities to throw party and post on social media then they also bewitched then to start insulting frustrated fans holed up at home instead of chopping their L and apologizing. You have a cogent conspiracy theory on your hands. Even this your comical reasoning is the government's fault. In fact, the government is the one distributing COVID-19 via PHCN. Please go on. 🥴🙄😒 May our school fees not waste.

  11. The Nigeria Police should try and be professional in this matter. Why are they arresting invitees? I'm not a fan of Naira Marley but the Police should not be a robot abeg. Though lockdown people still visit some of their neighbours. Funke has pleaded guilty so they should take it from there and stop being foolish

  12. What about the rest that attended?

    1. Umm I believe they are only arresting celebrities i.e. those that can afford the 100k. Or maybe only those they can identify. They dont have the technology for facial recognition to identify and arrest the unknown faces from the videos. Going by their logic, they should also arrest the owner of the estate and gubernatorial aspirant. Our legal system should either be completely fair or completely unfair. Cant have it both ways. This is selective.

  15. If they are arresting him, they should arrest all the people the attendees including that Politician that was alleged to owe the Amen estate. Useless Nigeria police.

They are arresting him because he is a musician. Greedy people

  16. It's quite a pity the Bellos, this guy and others had a wrong thought pattern that has put them in trouble. After a week of lockdown, they went ahead to flout this order bc they know d law does not work in Nigeria. Funny thing is they cant try this same thing if they are overseas. My 1st visit to Dubai (UAE) sent chills to my bones on seeing that if you chew gum in a metro station/bus ( train station or train itself) you pay a fine of 100DIR= 10K. You can neither eat not drink anything in a public bus/tran station. Our leaders & celebrities frequent Dubai and abide but here, they behave like thrash.

It's good as LASG, Police & Judiciary are yysingthem as scapegoats.

    2. Thank you! When Tontolet was arrested in Dubai, many were celebrating but now that it is their person, they want Nigeria to remain a zoo. I've been loving funke since the days of I Need To Know and she goofed on this one. Her lawyer ought to have given the magistrate a dribble considering the authorities were also not trained on social distancing or even given masks or other protective gear but instead, I think she went with official PR advice and chose to plead so her fans can be placated and endorsements and partnerships retained. Funke can turn all this lemon into lemonade but she must pick up the lessons.

  23. Well, this guy, Naira Marley wasn't arrested. He was asked to report to the police station.
Maybe because of his past records and influence on the youths he had to be made accountable.

I think if he is able to prove he has been living with Funke & her husband before the party, he should not be fined.

The politician should also go to the police station to answer for himself. That's showing good example.

  24. They needed a scape goat(s) and her village people knocked on her door. She's still my favourite actress and I hope she has learnt her lesson
