  1. Are pastors not citizens πŸ€”
There are a lot of pastors out there that do not depend on tithes and offering,
But depend on the goodwill of their members .

  2. Why don't you all keep quite. Must you all bashed churches.

If God is with His people, just know the gats eof hell shall not prevail.

God is the owner and yes churches are succeeding. They don't need government intervention.

Churches are giving out to people. Go and find another hustle yeye papers.

Pastors don't need government intervention. A pastor that ask don't know his callings.

When God calls you, He makes provisions except you want to pally with the devil

  5. Pastors and Imams have been donating both cash and medical equipments to government, even distributing palliative to people. What have the management of Daily Trust contributed.

  6. I don't think pastors will accept such palliative πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”

  7. They should support theirpeille with what they have been stockpiling over the years.

Some daft church members will soon be here to defend their oppressors now.

    1. Does daily times collect offerings from thousands of people. Do they collect tithes from thousands of people across tens of branches accross our nation. Your church gave palliative, how many other churches did same.

    2. Dont mind them, as if its pastors that brought coro to Nigeria

    3. Shut up Alexander, the church didn't force tithe from anybody's hand, members gives tithe on their own volition, and according to God's words in Malachi 3:10 and expect to get blessed in return.
Go and ask the people you vote in power for palliative, you didn't call any Pastor and to give or not to give is at their discretion not yours.

  10. I dont know why they keep involving Pastors in some arguments. These Pastors are citizens of Nigeria so they are entitled to whatever government gives out. Then again most of them are giving out doing the work of the government so it means they dont need Govt sustenance.

  13. Trust me Stella, Pastors don't need palliative, if the Lord called you, He will feed you. Ephesians 3:20
    Speaking from experience.

  14. Should govt provide support for pastors and imams? Why single out pastors. This post is grossly biased

  15. That you are a pastor should not make you not to have means of surviving except from offering and co.Pastoring is not a means of financial independence, it should be a calling from God.

In other words pastors are also human and can equally go Broke like some others. So if you are in the position to help them,do so to those who need it and stop castigating them all the time.

They are still human beings like every other person.
