Good day Stella.

Let  me clarify some things. My uncle is a custom's officer and at some  point, he was a contract staff with Mobil Producing Nigeria. he will retire from the custom service this year. 

For those that said it wasn't possible that I didn't have any savings, hmmmm, I don't pray you encounter poverty in riches. When I say my transport is always on point, I mean what I said. Most times even when I'm sent to the market, my uncle's wife gives me money for only going and would tell me to find my way when coming back. I know I made a mistake by not running away earlier but I thought to just wait and finish school.

One major reason why I couldn't run to anywhere was because I couldn't figure out where to run to. Would I have stayed under the bridge or just anywhere?
I was only waiting to graduate then at least use my certificate to get a job so I can leave their house forever. I had crisis so much from when I was younger, I couldn't figure how I would be taken care of, most especially hospital care as I needed to be in the hospital most times.

I should have run but it wasn't so easy. My uncle's first daughter got pregnant around December last year and they've been planning her wedding if not for the covid ish, her wedding was to hold in may. My uncle also had a kidney transplant in India in November last year and since then he has been in and out of the hospital.



Stella, I called the his daughter last week with my course mate's phone since I told you I started staying with this my course mate, I wanted her to help me get my things because I left their house that fateful day with nothing, just the clothes on my body. She told me that her dad said I've been barred from coming to their house and I should never be allowed into their house again since I left like that and as she speaks, they've been in the hospital since last week with my uncle because his health has been deteriorating. I can't really figure out the issue with his health now if it's due to the transplant or BP (because I know he takes drugs for managing BP). I can't say because I'm not with them now.



Since I started staying with this my course mate, I got a cleaning job with a family that stays close to her. I go to clean their house three times in a week and I've been applying to other places till when I can get something good. For now, I don't even have a phone, I make use of my course mate's phone.


I don't know if I can go through any more emotional trauma now that's why I left there to face my life first. Now his daughter's wedding and the  fact that he is currently in the Hospital just makes me feel I should just face my life for now till when he is better.

Dear Bvs, it's honestly not about the money, maybe the question I asked was wrong but I just wanted to know if I could get any advice that aligned with my decision. Stella already asked me that hope I wasn't trying to look for an avenue to get money from her or the Bvs and I told her that it wasn't, that I just needed advice. I even suggested to Stella that she remove the "money part" of my story but Stella said I should just leave it like that for now. I already made up my mind to take my project as a carry over next year when I would have worked and gotten enough money to pay. Thank you for your comments, 


Stella this is what I could write. I really don't know what else to say but thank you, you have tried for me.. It took some time before I could gather myself to send my initial story. Thank you for listening.

And my hod sent us a text that he has gotten approval from the rector of our polytechnic to conduct the project defense physically since it's just meant to be for some hours. If at all I still get to do the project defense this year, I can send you pictures of myself on my defense day but any how it turns out, I'm really grateful for opportunity for you to listen to me. Thank you.

RE - Sudden Change in a Child's behaviour

I read a post on in house news some weeks ago, from a woman seeking for advice concerning her daughter that suddenly became quite and even started stuttering unlike her usual lively and talkative self. I know I'm not a therapist but one thing I have come to understand from experience (first hand experience) is that no child suddenly changes without a cause.

If you have read stories about child abuse/molestation, you will notice that the one thing that stands out is the sudden change in the victims behavioural pattern. Some parents might not notice while some will, but won't know what the cause is or what to do. If you are a parent and you notice something off in your child or your once lively ward suddenly changed, please ask yourself the following question in order to help understand where or what the problem could be;

1: What changed in your child's daily activities?
2: Did you have a visitor/visitors presently or recently?
3: Has he or she been visiting someone (a neighbour, family friend, relatives, etc) of recent?
4: What has the child been watching on TV. phones etc.
5: Domestic violence in the home?
6: Did you employ a new domestic staff?
7: Did he or she become too close to a particular individual?
8: Who baths the child?
9: Did you move to a new new place, changed environment/houses?
10: Watch the kind of play your ward and other children are involved in. Also supervise your children's play.
11: Did you hire a new tutor (lesson teacher)?
12: If your child is a girl, is her nanny or your house help male? (It goes both ways thou)
13: Did you leave him or her with any man of God for special prayers?


After answering all these questions and more you will be able to deduce where the problem is coming from. Also don't forget to lovingly question your child, it might take time but you will get result, teach your children to trust you above everyone. For a child that can't talk yet or babies, do watch over them like a mother hen, always examine them physically as you bath them.

Parents must be vigilant when it comes to their children because your first duty to your child is protection followed by provision.

Do note that a fraction of these sudden changes in children are not abuse based, it might steam from a medical condition or even spiritual attacks. Above all pray for your children always. May God protect our children and all children from evil Amen.

CLERICS AND THE LAY PEOPLE COMPLEX



Dear Sdkers,


I write to remind us all that Clerics have blood too, by doing so they have the same level of exposure anyone in authority has plus those that laymen like you and I have. Take a step back and think about what you request from the cleric and what the cleric requests from you. By cleric I mean - Pastors, Priests, Alfas, healers and other men and women of God and men of "superior religious standing".


These people face similar challenges as you would they have emotions of love, anger, lust, desires, ambition envy hate pain greed etc. Just because their office or titled does not make them about humanity.


Don't keep calling clerics at ungodly hours for Godly issues there is time for everything (1am calls for a bad dream) = the Cleric and you have the same direct line to God why call the vessel when you can call his Creator.


Don't overstep your familiarity because the cleric is open minded and available for you (hugs and sweet names, worldly talks and bedroom details) = Respect and Reverence the vessel of the Spirit while fear and worship God.


Don't neglect your sense of reasoning because the cleric seems all knowing (Calling the cleric instead of the hospital/or a case of spiritual penis) = God gave you a brain for a reason


Don't accept all that is said hook, line and sinker = no one is perfect but God.


Cleric draw a line. When my granny talks about how revered the Chief priest use to be how women and kids should keep their distance I wonder why it's not the same now.


Being a cleric comes with an authority as a vessel respect that and do no hear to those under you for to whom much is give much is expected therefore crimes committed by clerics as usually more hurtful and should bear greater punishment that usual.


Cleric remember your dependents are not for your pleasure therefore control your appetite/desires/lust. Being human is no long and excuse for you, being manipulated by unseen forces is no longer and excuse.


Clerics remember you are a messenger and the servant not the king or ruler.


Clerics you are filled with the spirit which reveals not with every knowledge of everything in the world there instructions, guide and improve the level of communication as most laymen/women are gullible just as you are fallible.


Laypeople and Clerics your inability to maintain a spiritual respect and reverence for each other does not go unnoticed as the generations after are losing faith. There should be an institution that still fights for the weak because the family, the government, the police, the church can not all fail at the same time.

 SDK BLOG PA ENCOUNTERS RITUALISTS

So I stepped out yesterday afternoon to visit my elder sister...and a family friend (male) tagged along. We had to stand for few minutes before we saw a cab, who claimed he was heading to our destination, immediately I entered that car my spirit became worried, I just knew something wasn't right and my friend also observed same.


The driver looked so unkempt and fat, he was with an aboki, who sat with him in the front , that one sef was the worst ,very dirty, with torn clothes..

As the journey continued, the aboki started laughing ooh, he then brought out bundles of naira notes 1k each then he said "driver abeg give me change'', the driver took it and made the changes, he gave him 200 naira each,and the aboki started hailing him oo....

 They kept on behaving somehow. When we got to a junction a guy wanted to drop off (he was seated with us at the back) and he had loads in the car boot, the driver then came down to help the guy and as I raised up my face the aboki seated in front turned back and he started looking at me straight into my eye balls for straight 10 secs, ah! 

 I started saying "I cover myself with the blood of Jesus Christ" (in my mind), that was even when I saw that this aboki had only one eye o, he even tried to bring out something from his back, anytime he attempted to, I didn't know what kept on pulling out his hands back...

I observed this Because I was watching him seriously ...

The driver then came back inside the car, he turned to me and asked "so which junction you dey stop? Who and who dey go? " I said "both of us, make we dey ". If you see the speed this driver diverted with and entered into another street, he drove with so much confidence like we were dummies..

 I believe the aboki felt he succeeded in hypnotizing us,  before I knew it I heard a very loud slap that my friend landed this driver ehhh immediately he stopped and was fidgeting As if we held weapons..

My Friend: are you stupid?, where you dey carry us dey go? common drop us"
Driver said with a trembling voice: yes Sir yes Sir!!
He stopped the car and we came down by then the aboki don dey hide so slap no go reach am too..

I then told the driver, bring 100 naira so that i could give him 200 for the transport fare, the driver started shivering o he brought out the money yet it kept falling out of his hands, he even threw it to the aboki, same thing happened ...

I just dragged my change then threw the money on them and they zoomed off with speed... After they left I just stood there on the road recalling in my mind what had happened? Ah! God you are great!


Chai Broad daylight ritualists!!!!

 That's how get to we hear stories like she just left the house to visit someone and never returned and later her dead body would be found on the road with some vital parts missing ....God forbid! 

My dear you had weapons with you and a powerful one at that...
