    2. Maybe he means oatfufu. Blend your oats and make it like eba using microwave or like semo on stove pot. Or buy the oatfufu like that in the bag ready to be made. It's a very common swallow for those in the abroad, we don't see garri everyday.

  23. Unfortunately, I have a serious eating disorder. I'm naturally very scared of food. It tends to get worst if the size of food is big or the look of the food is very attractive.
I have been trying really hard to help myself but I'm not getting any better. If I try too hard it even gets worst and I tend to hate any food I tried to get better with.
I have been to the doctor and he said my problem is not medical but psychological. I have been this way seen I can remember.

So for me, I will just sit at home.

    2. Awwwww, I can relate.

      It's true. It's psychological.

You must prep yourself to eat. Tell yourself it is the most delicious food you are gonna eat.
      Take small portions.
I instantly lose appetite when food is heaped on a plate and struggle to even eat 2 spoons.

Generally fight this battle mentally otherwise you open yourself to a ton of diseases as your immunity is lowered.

And dont forget fruits, veggies and supplements.

    5. So sorry, what do you now eat? you could see a psychologist.

    6. Wooooooow
      So what's the remedy ?

      Never heard this before .

      Delete
    7. Yes, it's psychological. I also get get scared when the size of the food is big; hence, I eat in bits.

Try eating in small portions and see how that works.

      Cheers!

  42. If there is pounded yam to go with that egusi, na aunty sure pass. Since I have many Aunties from Ekiti, I am sure the yam would be first class.

I can live without having moo moo for 50 years so uncle should not even expect me. And the salad which I live is so small so no need to waste my transport money.

I have never had abacha so maybe I'll see my cousin some other time.

Isi ewu or nkwobi makes me bloated and they add so much meat and not enough onions and tomatoes so not really interested.
