Should incase she is d liar, then, she should face d law squarely! Cos it's a very bad thing to heap such accusations kn someone.

      Goodluck to all parties.
I will be following from d side.

    3. In Nigeria if you are not popular or have big shots behind you then you are done for. See Dbanj using power to silence this girl, I’m sooooo angry and sad because this same dbanj raped somebody very close to me and she was a virgin. The story is a long and sad one. Stella you’ve been swallowing my comments and you say u are on the side of truth, if you like don’t enable this one at least I’m sure you read it. What a pity

U ppl are the reasons victims don’t talk because u make mockery and ridicule of everything even with enough evidence u ppl stigmatise them into staying mute until it happens to ur own child or sibling and u are powerless because the person in the eyes of pple like u is ejanla it’s whatever

But Dbanj was totally wrong for arresting d girl and dat only worked against him. All dat suing we know wont come to lite, she doesnt have such money and im yet to see anyone pay up in Nigeria.

She was invited for her own statement, when she didnt show up, they had to bring her in for questioning.

She herself said she was not arrested please.

How is she supposed to get to Abuja during a pandemic. You invited her 3times to come to Abuja in d face of a pandemic and interstate lockdown.
You think naija police just come to ur house to invite u without force. Same thing dey tried with busola dakolo dat Aisha buhari had to step in.

  6. Was the confession coerced? Was it from the time the girl was allegedly kidnapped and her phone seized? If Dbanj or the girl is lying, they should not forget that God is watching and he deals with liars.

  7. What if she was made to confess under duress that she was not raped?

    4. Really? A rapist usually has many victims? Is that a fact?

I personally know of a girl that was raped by her cousin, he had an attack of morality after the act, pleaded with her not to report.. funny thing is some months later, the guilt even made him confess to the girl's mum. The family collectively decided to forgive him.
Even if he raped only once, he's still a rapist nevertheless..
Should the family not believe her because no one else has come forward to accuse him of rape??

Let's not even talk of the women who get raped by their boyfriends for some reason or another.. "she annoyed me, i wanted to punish her", "she said no after I've spent money on her", and so on..
Sometimes it's a one time thing, do these men not qualify as rapists?

Please i think this way of thinking is very flawed.

Just like I don't believe any statement coming from a Nigerian poli-trick-cians.
This was all designed to intimidate this girl to silence. If she probably had succeeded,
a lot more would have emerged with similar accusations. And that is career burial for
the (ex-) musician. It would have eaten away on his fame and adulation, the very thing they feed on.

From my experience and his subsequent actions, do I think he can do it? Absolutely. Even the hotel has record that he was there that day. Even when his home with his wife is not too far away.

  21. I had a friend back then in school. If she had sex with a guy, and he starts misbehaving after the sex, she'll quickly pin rape on him. If the guy promises her a relationship and after their first sec he tells her he doesn't want again because of her character or whatever... She'll pin rape on him too. If she had a one night stand and felt guilty about it....RAPE.I know they're so many ladies who do to feel better or whatever and it's bad. They make the ones who genuinely suffer sexual violence to not get the justice they deserve.

  23. For some reasons i believe Dbanj is innocent. They know each other, had a consensual fling but those who re so eager to bury his career are using and pushing this girl. Don jazzy isnt left out, issuing nonsense comments everywhere, he is still so mad at Dbanj resurrecting his career. What a wicked world. They will all reap their fruits!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. This is simply not true, Don jazzy did not make statements implying Dbanj raped this girl. At the height of the accusation when so many people seemed to be so sure the rape occured, he made an ambivalent statement that the truth will prevail, that rape is bad and false accusation is also bad. Obviously, he did not think his guy did it even though, it is obvious there was a sexual relations between Ms.Seyitan and Dbang. Lets not start making up lies to cause strife between the 2. It seems haters are improperly using rape against celebrities to settle scores.smh, this is many steps backwards and makes it more difficult for actual victims.

  24. I don't know if he is guilty or not but people have asked: why will a man married to a beautiful wife do anything outside? I'll tell you why. Because of the deep effects of sin. A lot of people are in bondage to sin. The Holy Spirit is grieving deeply as I write this, his children are in bondage to sin. He does not want to lose any of us, not one soul lost.
    1. If you believe in and lived a life of premarital sex, a wedding does not automatically erase that sin or its effects in your life. The sin comes back to lure you into adultery. Both fornication and adultery stem from the belief that it is ok to have sex with someone you are NOT married to. You do it before marriage, you will most likely do it after marriage, especially if there was no repentance and restitution.
    2. When we sin, two things happen. Sin wounds our relationship with God,and also creates a relationship between the sinner and sin itself. The same way God blesses us when we are in a relationship with him, when you live a life of sin, sin itself inflicts a punishment on you. There are consequences for the sin, and also temporal punishment due to sin. The sin haunts you because you opened a door, you invited him in.
    3. That is why in the catholic church, we do confess our sins to God whenever we pray. However, we also go for confession, where we do penance, restitution and reparation. Because it's not just about asking God for forgiveness, you have to take the extra step to repair that wounded relationship between yourself and God. So that when the sin comes back for you, you can overcome the temptation. The enemy wants our sins hidden but when you confess it out, he loses that power of secrecy on us.
    4. Sins of the flesh have a very deep impact. As Paul said, it is a sin against your own body, a dwelling place of God. The devil is freely destroying homes and marriages and even singles because we have invited him fully into our lives. The perversion, pornography and normalizing of fornication have birthed adultery, rape, sodomy, homosexuality, transgenderism, incest and so on. Lust is a powerful spirit but God's love is greater.
    5. I saw on twitter the London doctor making suicidal notes - That is how deep sin can inflict wounds and punishment on our souls. From fornication to hopelessness and despair. 5 mins of pleasure ruining souls, families and careers. It is not enough to think you will quickly repent and be safe. Sin will fight your repentance, it will fight for your soul. It will miss you and want you back. Life is a constant spiritual warfare.
    6. I know because I have lived in sexual sin before. It felt very normal until mercy said NO. The Holy Spirit grieved deeply and convicted me. God's mercy and grace overpowered the grip the enemy had on me. I thought it was ok cos we were engaged and will be married. But God said NO. His mercy said No, my child, no. Then we started a new relationship of healing the wounds of fornication. He who the son sets free, is indeed free. Thank you my Lord and my God.
    7. But God is so good that the punishment of sin can be used by him for our good. If we return to him, he uses it to sanctify and purge us. If you are guilty, face the consequences. God uses the temporal punishment of sin to save us from hell (eternal punishment of sin). The devil is not more wicked than God is good. If we live righteously, the enemy can never prevail in our life or come into our territory uninvited.
    8. May we flee sexual sins, may families be healed, may singles be strengthened and may God provide the grace.

  25. NiB you spoke TRUTH and only TRUTH sets a soul free - that TRUTH is God's Word. John 8:32

Sanctify[i] them by Your truth. Your word is truth. John 17:17

    John 8
34 Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 A slave is not a permanent member of the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 *So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.*

JESUS CHRIST already paid the price to set us free - as many as receive Him receives freedom from the power of sin and death.
