  1. first fact is such a nice one, converting their energy and brain to something useful to the society. I wish Nigeria can pick up some of the street bad boys and make good use of them. Huspupppy could have been a better IT resource,trust FBI to ask him how he runs his business, our police are just good at beating criminals only.
    Do we even have prisons system that look into inmate behavioural correct?

    2. The non aboriginals in Australia today are mostly offsprings of criminals that were shipped from England. To decongest the prisons in UK, they started shipping them to Australia. To be abolished to Australia in those days was like death sentence because it was a journey made by ship and they were not to ever return to England. So if almost everyone was a criminal/ex convict, how do you form a police force if not by using what's available?
