ReplyDeleteyou keep asking NCDC questions, where will they get money to carry out test in the whole 36 states and capital? That question is for the federal executive.
ReplyDeleteSome states are probably not reporting their numbers. Or maybe they’ve got the virus under control (wishful thinking, I know)
