Have you experienced or witnessed s#xual harassment in the movie industry?
No, I have not but something similar happened to me in my early years but for me I believe that as an adult I believe you have every right to say no.
A director might see an upcoming actress and say I like you but you can not be forced and it is so sad that these upcoming actresses are coming to fire the directors and producers to have their way. It’s not that the directors are the one taking advantage of them, even the so called girls as well come in making themselves vulnerable to the producers to get roles fast. So it takes two to tango.
What stops the directors and producers from being professionals in their various fields? Must they tell a girl "I like you"?
ReplyDelete@Candy
Delete"I like you" is not a crime or a sin.
Do you want them to say "I hate you?"
Finally, it is the girls that decide if fornication
will take place. What Dayo is saying is not new, the
girls "dress to kill," and who do they kill?
They kill the producers.
Proverbs 30:20 "This is the way of an adulterous woman:
She eats and wipes her mouth and says, 'I've done nothing wrong.'
ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
Are you sure you're a woman? Cos you always look for the slightest opportunity you get, to bring women down. In your words, "it is not a crime or a sin" to say that. I ask again, MUST they say it?? What happened to being professionals?
Delete@Candy
DeleteSo "professionals" don't court or marry a lady?
If nobody tells you "I like you," you will write a
long chronicle telling Stella, "there is no man," and sulking.
Someone tells you, "I like you," it becomes a crime.
Okay, you want them to say "I love you," or "marry me," on first meeting?
Reason like adult and not like sucklings.
You did not attack Dayo for being "not a woman" and attacking women but
you will attack an anonymous blog visitor. You know why?
Your grouse is the Word of God I quoted there.
Let me quote another one:
Proverbs 7: 9 at twilight, as the day was fading into the dark of the night.
10Then a woman came out to meet him, with attire of a prostitute and cunning of heart.
11She is loud and defiant; her feet do not remain at home.…
Girl, check your attires and the motive of your heart. π€π€π€π€π€π€
Anon what happened to not mixing business with pleasure?
DeleteHow sure are you that the said girl will still get the movie role after turning down the producer's proposal?
Was it not here that we read of how a doctor lost his license because he slept with this patients?
Candy...haha.
DeleteLeave Uncle ANG to flex.
Hope you're much stronger for a new week.
DAYO...Na old news be that.
@Nguvi
DeleteThat's the problem. Most of you ladies here see dating and friendship
from the prism of fornication. It is not.
If she loses the role and so?
That is what Dayo is saying. it is desperation to go into fornication
because you want to retain your movie role.
A decent girl can say NO and stick to NO. A producer will respect her for that
If he does not, that is when he has a problem.
Besides, how many of your girls here willingly offer sex to or even seduce your
bosses in other professions to it? ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
@nguvi
DeleteSo I like you is now a proposal?
If so, I love you will be what, the marriage?
