    2. Same here. And I can't do sit ups to save my life. 🙈😭

      Delete
    3. Fierce and other mamas, the solution is not sit-ups. I've been doing my research. You most likely have diastatis recti. A lot of women experience it after childbirth. It's a separation of the inner abdominal muscles. Stay committed to core compression/stomach vacuum breathing exercises and do it right. You will see some changes after a while if your body is co-operative.

    1. 4 months ago, this was my wish but i decided to stop whining about my tummy and work on it. I totally stopped eating carbs so no rice, swallow, beans, pasta, potatoes, yam, bread etc and i stopped eating high carb fruits like bananas, apples, etc. I literally have been eating mostly green leafy veggies(spinach and kale) and fish/chicken for four months and i've been doing 19/5 or 23/1 intermittent fasting. Not easy at all but totally worth it. My waist went from a 33 to a 26.5 as at today and my goal is 25. Mind you, i barely even worked out although i want to start strength training on my core for ab definition. If you see my shape now ehn, nobody can even talk to me anyhow. I'm even shy to wear close fitting clothes because of the way my nice figure is accentuated.

We all can have the body we desire but e no easy at all. It Takes extreme discipline and willpower. Till now, i still struggle with cravings but i have to discipline myself.

sorry for the oversabi rant but i just felt like sharing.

      Delete
    2. Thank you for sharing. I needed to see this.

    3. Oh Snarker, you are a darling. Thanks a bunch. I appreciate. I tried this last year and I was popping but now ehn, the motivation is all I need. Thanks for this. Will definitely do something.

    4. Sneaker, well done. But you are going about your journey wrongly. All those things you cut off will come back to mess up your hardwork. To loose weight, you DON'T cut off anything! We substitute and reduce quantities. Talk to a very good nutritionist else your hardwork will be in vain in the long run.

Weightloss is not a boring journey! How can you DEPRIVE your body all that and expect to be happy? Nah! That's not how it's done!

  14. My big toe
I fell down at the age of 8
Due to bad treatment at the village my bone rottened inside and as a result of that my big toe shortened in size
It's a big deal as it's so obvious when I wear open toe shoes.
I'm still hopeful that I will make enough money in the future to sort it out myself
    It will increase my confidence!!

    ReplyDelete

    1. Your BIG TOE is your problem? Because it looks awkward when you wear open toe shoes? And it makes you feel insecure? Girl, grow up. Anyway, I sympathize with you over your past experiences.

    1. Do you put your hands in water a lot? Well i suggest you buy long gloves and use when you want to wash, use mild soap to wash, like lux, premier

I hear alum helps, before you go to bed, apply fungal cream in it.

      Delete
    2. Thanks Gifty but I've done all that and have even gone to hospital and pharmacy. I hardly put hands in water unless shower and dishes cos I don't do the laundry

      Delete
    3. Yes, fungal infections thrive in moist environments. Wear gloves, avoid dipping your hand in water for too long. There are medications to treat it. But it takes long time for it to fully clear.

    3. Getting a flat stomach requires a lot of changes. I stopped eating after 7pm, I scrapped carbonated drinks from my diet, I worked out hard in a gym for one month then for the last three months I downloaded fitify on play store... The app is simple to use. Good abs are mainly what you eat, exercise just give u definition (packs)

    4. Maybe someday I will do a program to teach people how to lose weight! You guys should stop sounding like it's soooo difficult and a SAD journey to undertake! Kai! It's not that serious!

Weights drop in a very fun way. Wish I can have access to gather everyone that wanna drop some pounds and talk to them.

You MUST start that journey with counselling* first! It is a fun filled journey folks!
