Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative....

 Hmmmmm......

STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
FALSE AGE DECLARATION

My lovely Stella, how are you? I was directed to write my story through your blog, I have witnessed how your blog have saved marriages, exposed evil doers, enlightened people, people found love of their life, businesses etc all through you. May God bless you.

I went through some chronicles and I decide to share my story because some of you might still fall for it. To cut story short, I reduced my age 10years younger when I traveled to Europe, I am now suppose to retire and be enjoying but I am struggling in my job, my colleague are wondering why I am behaving like an old woman, unknown to her I am old, my bones are failing me, I went to the hospital after series of examination they said they will take sample of my marrow and that it is only older people that develops my kind of symptoms, I escaped from them I never went back.

I am resigning, I have 3 more years to retirement but my health first. Please don't reduce your age, enjoy the benefits with retirement. Stella I couldn't send via email, I got skeleton in my cupboard. Make I no go face false age declaration.

 N. B I used false age because they told me they will not grant me student visa if they know I am married with a child, I foolishly fill in single and no child. That mistake caused my daughter till she was 18 years before coming through school and my husband, I had to go to 9ja to remarry him..

See what false information caused me. Thanks.

WOW:Thanks for sharing my dear.....I have a friend who increased her age when she had to marry an older man...I was so shocked that i didn't believe it..Now when its her Birthday she beins to explain that she is actually younger but increased her age blah blah but nobody believes her or wants to listen but i know she did it.

    6. Age reduction is so typical of their generation. Whenever my mom tryst to encourage me to "adjust" my official age I just laugh. I tell her I have plans and can't wait for age 60 to totally hands off working and enjoy the uber life, vacationing around the world with proceeds from varrious investments. What's in this life that I will want to work till I drop?! I and my husband invest more in our retirement plans than our children education plans sef. God forbid I retire tomorrow and start depending on the children I had in my late 30s that will still be trying to find their feet and stabilize their young family? All I look forward to from my children are gifts but I will NEVER be their responsibility. Let's improve from how our parents lived their lives biko. Let's work when we are supposed to work and rest when we are supposed to rest.

    8. Easy for you to say this. Do you think all the ppl relying on their kids now planned that? Alot didnt think the economy will change for bad like this so money they saved up turn too peanuts before their very eyes. If you like plan and plan always remember man proposes but God disposes.

This is very true. If they ask too many questions, just tell them that the women in your family have the same bone problem. Even women who have menopause or hysterectomy early in life have their bone mass ageing faster. Please go for the test. Also, take cod liver oil capsules daily, research and buy wobenzym and serrapeptase. After taking these drugs you may even feel better to continue work. I had a fracture and was limping badly. Now I am back to normal without even going to the hospital, after taking the above drugs.

    1. She's 72!

Retirement age is Europe is typically, 65. Since she reduced 10 years off her age, she will be 75 before she can collect her pension! She mentioned she has 3 more years left, so 75-3=72!!

    1. I reduced my age by 3yrs because of work. Now I have to go through the whole process of going to Abuja just to change it back to my real age. I need my university transcripts for something and the age there cannot be changed.

    2. Age on transcript?

    3. Yes, there is date of birth on transcripts.

  6. I should be among the few Nigerians who didn’t reduce their age lol
My elder sister reduced hers and I almost became her elder sister ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

  7. I have never liked reduction in age for whatever reason. My age is my age. When talking informally with friends, I increase my age jokingly to claim seniority but when it comes to documents and related stuff, my birth age is what you see.

    1. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lol just like my sister she increases her age when she's with her friend and I wonder why .
But ive never increased or decreased my age on paper no need.

    2. Maybe your sister feels old. Some have that old soul feel but they’re young.

  8. One of my late colleague too decreased his age and it affected him in collecting pension. His name is innocent. Continue to rest in peace.

People reduce their age due to work issues. They will tell you they need younger person. I don't blame anyone who reduces his or her age for jobs

  9. I have never ever seen any reason to reduce my age. To what end? I say my age proudly. I'm 29 and there's nothing to it. Maybe this poster might have had a good reason to reduce her age but why do many other people do so? Wahala! The desire to be dishonest is just so prevalent in many lives.

  10. Me sef reduce my age time for retirement go far well well ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  11. Nigerians have the habit of age shaming people. I guess that is why some people reduce their age. But 10 years??? That’s loud. How can I be 30 and say I’m 20? What about my achievements as a 30 year old? How will they align with the so called age 20?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You're so right on the age shaming. Even job applications give an age limit which in a sane country should be illegal. How will you tell only 24 and younger to apply for a job when there is ASUU strike and NYSC in the country. That's why I don't blame people that do that.

    2. Na so ooo. In a country where factors prevent many students from graduating on time, employers will ask for people under 25 with 10yrs experience at least. I laugh in Egba.

  12. Me I can't be on this age table cos all my documents bear my real age, no reduction, no increment ..lol
But sometimes I do feel like I should have reduced my age.

  13. @ EYY that is exactly my own case o, my elder sister who is a year and half older than me reduced hers and we are almost same age now, when we go out to a place where we are likely to be asked our age she will tell me while on our way to remember to reduce my age because those people already know her age and I shouldn't go and make them laugh at her..lol
Last week my mom was feeling a form she was angry, she said this is laughable, I just told her mom just don't mind her, she answered let her kuku change the month and day so that people will begin to think we were born three at a time..lol

    1. Lol. My sister did same too. She's claiming my age, but she's 2 years older than me. When I wanted to celebrate my birthday this year showing my age with intention of posting on FB, I told her and she was begging me not to, cos we have mutual friends and her in-laws are also my friends.

I've told her I'll celebrate my 40th big when it's time by His grace, she should get ready to explain to her inlaws why her younger sister is older than her๐Ÿ˜‚

  14. Whatever you have to LIE about will come with CONSEQUENCES!
A lot of people let themselves be misled by "them say them say" and at the end it costs so much!
Ma'am poster maybe you could find something else to do like business? It is well ma!

  16. I have never had any reason to reduce my age. Like the poster has made it clear, it may have dire consequences in the future.

  17. Madam it is well with you.Almost all of us are guilty of this especially female.
I reduced my age and my younger brother became my senior with 5yrs. One day I saw someone sent him a birthday wishes indicating his age on FB and me being his senior is claiming lesser age..I felt so embarrassed.

    1. No NOT almost all of us. Speak for yourself! Not everyone lies about their age!!!

  18. You should have the bone marrow test, it will only say you are within 60-65 for example, so they will just presume you are aging a bit faster which is not unusual for some people. So go for the test if you need the treatment to improve your quality of life

  19. So if one resigns before retirement you lose your entire pension?? Are there no laws to protect you for the years you already worked? This is why individual retirement account is necessary.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Madam please I think that you should go through with the tests. If you already have your papers don't be scared. Or walk into an immigration lawyer's office and explain things. Doctors are not allowed to give out that kind of information. What if you have a real serious illness and doing the tests can save your life? Same way that you panicked and changed your age/marital status is the same way you are panicking now. Be patient and have full information before making life changing decisions. Do your tests!

  21. Hmmm. I hope I never have any reason to lie about my age. Some have advised I do so due to desire to marry but I won't. If a man won't accept me because of my age, then he's not the one for me.
