Saturday Breakfast Post.....

 I already had some hot chocolate drink and soft brown bread................Everyone else is still sleeping so its possible i might munch something else later but for now,I am full.......


African salad for breakfast is a great idea...........


OMG I love the mixture of Abacha and Ugba,if you have never eaten this before,my dear you need to do so ASAP!

Which other type of African salad do we have?Well Nigerian salad actually.

What are you eating for Breakfast?These i yarn for food with pepper oh,maybe its cos its getting cold again

    1. Just had Lupton tea now. Made pancakes with ripe plantain, got the recipe from Saturday breakfast Post long ago. Kids loved it. Would make concoction rice later.

  4. I had a cup of cappuccino. I can't wait for the lockdown to be over so that I can go to the coffee shop and drink a real cappuccino with brioche or a muffin.

  9. I'm craving for ewa agoyin and agege bread but as i no see,I'm settling for white rice,pepper mixed beef stew and plantain,i can't come and kee myself.

    Am I the only one that feels sleepy after taking this meal? It knocks me off really bad.

    The heat wave in Lagos is something else!! I've had a shower twice since today!

  15. I had sweet potato porridge, small portion, veggies and no oil!

    Then water in lime, I make sure I drink warm water and up to 7liters a day

    In the evening, fish pepper soup.

    To keep fit is not easy, but very doable.

    2. NNE it not easy oooh, I am on keto diet and the thing no easy rara. I have not had any carbohydrates in the last one week. I feel light and abit weak but its totally worth it.

      I dont drink 7 liters of water a day but I try.

      Fat must die.

    3. While I'm here looking for weight even though hubby says I'm perfect. Not thin, not fat. I just love to be a bit more fleshy, but for where fat nor gree come. It's well. To each his own.

    Will be having grill tilapa fish in gravy and roast potatoes for lunch.
