Saturday Breakfast Post.....

 Yamarita is not a bad idea for breakfast.....




I need to learn how to make this eeeeh.

I have already had a light breakfast of overnight Basmati rice and green pepper stew washed down with Latte Macchiato.....

On the weekends,we do late lunch and no dinner and today I am having Doner Teller  complete.

  1. I'm still salivating at the sight of these pictures and I just finished eating boiled plantain(half ripened) and kidney sauce. Now drinking my banana smoothie and working.

  13. I’m having coffee, bread with cheese and ham omelette since I have time today. I’ve been craving that for weeks now. I’ll be cooking my usual meat/fish stew for the week after that

  14. Some have food but cannot eat( they are critically Ill or mourning and cannot eat). Some can eat but have no food ( they are very poor or in war zone where there's no food). We have food and we can eat( We are Hale and hearty) Glory be to thee o Lord.
    Paths crossing in this case is what I don't understand.

  16. Intermittent Fasting on my mind! I need to burn belly fat, these sexy ankara Gowns, Playsuits and jumpsuits cannot wear themselves!! I need to learn how to tuck my tummy while walking too. I'll have ginger tea later and Pounded yam with Ogbono soup. That'll be it for today!
