  1. This is not the news I want to hear.
Did the policeman that fired the shot visit with him?

    1. Exactly. Let him face the law...

The baby should be awarded scholarship and the wife empowered....

    2. The police man has been arrested by DSS ..since it is his security he did well to personally say sorry and give them money to help take care of the family

    1. @Anonymous 11:38, I don't totally agree with you. He has taken a step in the right direction, but he hasn't done the right thing in full yet.

  8. No amount of scholarship or empowerment will bring back the dead man. Let the gun trigger security aide face justice to start closure for the family.

    1. @Arc. Adefila, even if it was an accident, the security detail should still face the law for accidental discharge. If this accident happened to your loved one, God forbids, you would want justice, wouldn't you.

That vendor was apparently the bread winner of his family, so what happens to the family? What happens to his young widow and baby? Maybe law enforcement officials, who carry guns, should have an insurance/fund were compensations can be paid out to victims of accidental discharge.
