QUESTION FROM THURSDAY SPONTANEOUS POST

**************************************************************

FROM BLOG VISITOR DADDY CODE

I got this mail on Wednesday inbox....

''Hello Stella,

Yesterday made it 4 weeks after the shooting and I must
say it's been crazy. Government forces have been surreptitiously
trying to clampdown on recognised protesters, so everyone is currently
laying low and re-strategizing. We were supposed to hold a strategic
meeting with Baba Femi Kuti at the Shrine, Yesterday, but the Police
got wind of it and have blocked anyone from entering. The stress of 20th
and 21st October took quite a toll on me. I was stressed and quite
drained; physically, emotionally and mentally. I still have dreams from
that night. Sometimes I just go into this trance (for like 3 or 4
minutes, according to my friends) I totally become oblivious of my
surroundings and won't take cognisance of anything they say or do
during this period. They only just mentioned it after it happened the
fourth time.

I hope I'll snap out of it, somehow.

Apparently, I couldn't take pictures on the night of the shooting due
the running around. But I'll attach some pictures ( a bit low quality
due to the phone's camera) I took on the morning of 21st, the day
mobile policemen chased us at Lekki cause we kept on with the cause.
Thanks for the awareness you created, God bless you.

I'm still gutted that the FG are trying to suppress us in all manners.
Like not allowing people into the courtroom to support Eromosele who
was arrested on trumped up charges because he is a protester, but will
soon be released on a 1m Naira bail with 2 sureties in like sum. And
still using the Police to raid communities that were perceived to have
attacked Police Stations during the protests, for example; General
Paint in Ajah, Alafia in Mushin (it wasn't a cult clash like they told
you) and Mile 2, which happened yesterday. Believe the government at
your own peril, they are staunch liars. I hope I recover well before
this month ends, I need to be in the right frame of mind for whatever
that is to come.
Kindly conceal my email address.

P.S; we are yet to hear from one of our guys who was taken to one of
the Hospitals along admiralty whom the Dr said the Military took away
(along with every wounded patient from that night).
Stay blessed.

Na wah!!!...May God keep you safe oh

  55. Good day beautiful people.. Last month in my village, a woman came to greet my mum in preparation for my brother's wedding. Though when I visited few months ago I noticed she was pregnant but this time her tummy looks like she just gave birth. I greeted her and asked how her baby was doing. She replied "hmm nne na long story". In Summary my people, the woman told me she birthed half pussy cat(facially) while the rest of the body was a baby.. I thought she was joking but my mum confirmed that it was indeed real.. The worst of it all was the baby wore white singlet and white short when she delivered the baby and had cornrow hairstyle when she had the baby.😳😳.
I thought these things dont happen real but my mum and some women in my village confirmed this. She said she ran away from d hospital without the baby. There was confusion everywhere. It was the husband dat went back to the hospital and took a snapshot of the baby and after that buried him.
This is not to scare anyone pls.. Pls everyone should be prayerful. The baby was supposed to be her fifth child and she has both sexes..She asked me to take a look at her phone to confirm the story but fear no gree me abeg.
    End of story.

  59. Please stella and Bvs kindly advise me on this.
My husband want to give me an half plot of land from his 1plot, and his name is on the property. I asked him to do change of ownership from the omo onile or to give deed of assignment on the land. He was angry that what do I mean by putting my name & that after all we are married. He said I'm the bad person for wanting to put my name, then I made him understand if truly he's willing to give me as he promised then there shouldn't be an argument.
I know he's God fearing but I don't trust him that much as his human like me, People change over time. I don't want to be a loser.
Someone that have caught cheating with next neighbor & he said he was just playing....
Pls, advice me as I have 300k for foundation already. I just wanna secure my kids future, men can disappoint you....

    PS: Legally married with kids...

    1. Poster on the certificate the name there should be Mr Lagbaja and Mrs Phoenix Onishe Onijeje _ Onishe here is your maiden name not Mr and Mrs Onijeje because if any issue come up, you cannot lay any claim with the name Mr and Mrs Onijeje o. Please insist on what I advised you..

    2. Let me get this straight. Your husband wants you to use your money to build a house on a plot of land still in his name and is angry that you want to land in your name? Agbabiaka oh! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Madam let me be honest wit you. You married a cunning man. He don give you goat but still dey hold the rope. Do you know that under the law, all that is attached to a land is seen as part of the land so you cannot claim that building on the land as your own if you don’t own the land too right? Your husband has correct native sense.

I will advice you to purchase your own land using a good lawyer and build on it quietly. This man is using you to build a house on his own land.

    3. Madam if you don't trust your husband and he's not also willing to change the document to your name then forget about the land atleast your 300,000 can get you half plot of land(depending on location though)

    4. This kinda talk usually brings issues because it creates the perception of distrust. Please accept the half plot of land.
It's not every advice you should apply in your home.

Another thing to ask yourself is if he wants you to pay for the ½ plot or is he giving it to you for free. Go with your instincts and with the way he's acted in times past.

    5. Madam if your name maiden name is not on the land OYO and if u later fall for his cunning cunning make sure you purchase all building materials with receipt on your name in full, I see this as he want to use u as a developer of that property.
This happened to my former landlord, Beside go to the US couple yesterday’s post and read some sensible comment

    6. @ Twins, he's giving me for free... He said to do changing of name from omo onile will cost me an 100k... He has built another house though, but this very one has only foundation on the half plot...

      Delete
    7. Another question is, Those deed of assignment validate I'm the rightful owner of the land? incase he agreed to it.
I don't want him to start thinking otherwise

    8. @Endswat the land has been purchased on his name, so he want to give me half of it...

  64. Hello guys.... Good day
I teach as a temporary staff in one of the schools in kd, I have a student who keeps to herself, she doesn't relate with her classmates, always quiet and gets uncomfortable when called to the front of the class.... She is 13 and the oldest in primary 4. I tagged her behavior to her upbringing but then my mind kept telling me there is more to why she is acting that way.....
I started drawing her close to me, engaging her in conversations... On monday during break she didn't go out as usual and I was seated in class so we started talking... I asked about her family, she told me her dad is late and her mum is in the village(somewhere in jalingo, Taraba state), she said she stays with her aunt's family, so I asked if she is enjoying staying with her aunt.... She started crying, not small cry ooooo serious cry. I was wondering what the issue was or if I did wrong by asking her.... I had to take her outside so as not to attract other members of staff and students....
She said she has been staying with her aunty for a year plus now, her aunt has 2 sons who are both molesting her, her aunt knows about it but because the boys bring in money, pay the girls fees and take care of the house she has refused to confront them or do anything about it... I was shocked
I asked her what she wants, she said she wants to go back to her mum, that her aunt told her to look for t.p so they can send her back....
I really don't know how to go about this, I have told only one other person... I wish I could help her with the t.p but me sef na manage I dey manage.... I really don't know if I should report to the school or confront her aunty

  69. @The lady with certificate issue
The CHURCH doesn't allow or support divorce. Only separation based on valued and genuine reasons which will be proper and thoroughly investigated. You cannot get it easily.

I have witnessed the sacrament of matrimony many times and never has the marriage certificate be seized. Its actually presented to you that day,the instant you sign them, in the presence of all witnesses (guests). Its handed to you and yours not even to your sponsors.

So how did your certificate become seized??.In fact ,there's no reason or way the church will seize it.

The church do NOT allow divorce and marriage certificate cannot be seized
