Christmas Gifts And Bonuses From Work Place...

December period is a time for employers to show love to their Employees by gifting them the 13th,14th and even 15 month salaries alongside lots of goodies......

What did your company gift you?

A BV says at the close of work on Thursday December 24th,they were told ''See you next year'' with no salaries or promises of when they would be paid.....That is wickedness beyond description....

Did your company pay you or not?How many months are you being owed?were you given the usual ' rice and groundnut oil '' with no hope of anything else? Some workers spoiled their employees with the 13 month salary and more...

Some ppl don’t understand it’s not easy. My company has struggled greatly this year. I would have loved to give my staff bonuses and gifts cos they deserve it but we can’t afford it now.
I had to borrow money to pay salaries cos I cldnt imagine them without. By God’s Grace, when things get better, I ll do gifts, bonuses and more for them.

    2. Bless you my dear. Some people don't understand. I've been out of decent work for 6 years and I finally got a great job in November after I completed my ACCA. The company gave all employees £100 voucher for Christmas and some didn't get which I'm one of and they've been behaving like they will die.
I just dey laff here, £100 with all I've been through in this UK.
I can't even stress myself again as God don bless me. I've sent an email to the department resolving as my TL instructed but I can never stress cos I don suffer suffer but God don change my story oooo.
      Hallelujah 🙌🏾🙇🏾‍♀️

  2. We were being paid around 30% of our salary for 6months, it was slightly better November and December, though not 100%.

We were given half bag of rice and 2litres of oil. I'm actually thinking of selling the rice, cos I need the money.

  23. Please kindly permit me to disagree. I don't see any "wickedness" in not being paid on the 24th of December. The month hadn't ended. Wages
should be paid by month end which is 31st of December. It is when she does not see the amount in her account that it becomes "wickedness" for
    a "worker deserves her wages."
The issue of bonuses or "13th month Salary" is not a rule but a concession, just an act of benevolence from the employer. If any employer isn't
able to do that, there is no qualms or crime committed. Thanks.

  32. Civil servant life no easy, you have to make payment of your salary a prayer point every month. After waiting with high expectations that salaries will be paid before 24th, we were informed the state government's account has been garnished. On top of that we are still on 5 months salary . Na to look for money begin do small business next year by the grace of God because one cannot survive like this. As for the politicians they are all evil.
