Doctor Who Called Out Husband For Domestic Violence Begs People To Forgive Him After Gov Ortom And Wife Brokered Peace

Governor of Benue state Dr. Samuel Loraer Ortom and his wife have brokered peace between a Channels TV reporter Pius Angbo and his wife Doctor Ifeyinwa after she accused him of Domestic Violence and trying to strangle her.....

Dr Ifeyinwa on Monday December 7,2020 stood in front of the press and begged the public to forgive her husband and said they had four kids that were still tender...
She also said they both needed the prayers of the public.

Dr Ifeyinwa Angbo called out her husband Pius Angbo who works with Channels TV station. She accused him of Domestic violence and said she had not known peace for the 6 years she has been married to him.She said he was serial with women and he had beaten her because she advised him to save the money (for their kids) that he was spending on his women outside.

She also told of how he had tried to strangle her several times and said the reason for the call out was because he sat on her stomach 4 weeks after she birthed their 4th child via Caesarean section, and he beat the living daylight out of her.

The call out video went viral and Pius Angbo's Principal Channels TV had to issue a press release that it would investigate the matter and take action as it was against Domestic violence.

Look at the abuser hugging his victim because a sitting governor intervened to broker peace when he should have whopped the mans ass!!!.....what a pity!

This was a forced reconciliation (see the way they hugged with their sides) . The bad thing about THIS is that she cannot do a public call out again and will continue to chop the beatings in silence.
Doctor Ifeyinwa, you deserve better than settling for this because of four kids....NO!!!!

    3. The question we should first ask ourselves before anything else is- is this the job of a Governor?, is this why he was elected into office?

Instead of the man to be arrested for assaulting his wife because it is a crime, the governor became a supporter and enabler of domestic abuse.

I thank God for where I am at. Right now we are all celebrating and basking in the joy of all the hardwork and sacrifices made by our NHS and scietists, proud of being the first country in the world to give the covid 19 vaccine which was given to 90 year old Margaret Keenan in the UK first person in the world to receive the vaccine.

Meanwhile the useless government in Nigeria wont sacrifice a thing, they wont contribute a single thing to anything but they are all waiting to receive the vaccine brought about by the hardwork, sacrifice and commitment of others.

If only the people who keep abusing the westerners know what these white people have done for Africa. Can you imagine what will happen if the west says they are not selling or giving their vaccine or making it available to Africa.

If they wanted to take over Africa the way some dumb people keep saying, it is a very easy thing to do. All they need to do is close their doors to Africa and leave Africans to fend for themselves. No medicines, no aid, no intervention from them. That is all is needed, it is as simple as that.

Madam if i were you, broker peace or not u need to seperate for a while, remaining in dat house isnt good for ur mental health.
Rent even if its a nice 1bedroom with ur kids,he can be coming to visit his kids. From his behaviour towards u and d kids u will know if he can change....if hes still aggresive n abusive just know hes beyond redemption. And while ur at it fit IUD and keep ur legs closed to dis man until he changes. Sex isnt food.

    6. So a violent person will change over night because a nosey governor intervened?

I am not against a reconciliation at all but for now what they need is a separation even if it is a month or 2. During the separation period, both parties need to see a marriage expert or therapist to fix their marriage issues. This man here in particular needs anger management classes.

How can someone try to strangle you and sit on your incision and governor tells both of you to kiss and make up?? Quite annoying.

Nevertheless, I wish them all the best.

    1. Is that not better than going physical.. yes, one keeping malice UNNECESSARILY is very wrong, but we should also understand that people have feelings and they must react somehow when pushed, if he reacts by ignoring or keeping malice, that's better than going physical, that's even better than my own "school of thoughts" which is to give you bad mouth back Lol..
So, that a man use the ignoring method, that doesn't make him childish or petty like I see some ladies comment on this blog.. but first, he should have tried to talk about it, then if the other party refuses to take redress, he can then move on to giving her the silent treatment.. See ehn, even though we encourage acting matured and being the bigger man, there are some people that would never take you seriously if you don't go extreme.. they'll keep pushing you until you burst..

Now, as regards to the topic the lady going back after the interference of the governor, am I surprised? Hell No!.. I mean in a country where we are encouraged to live with 'reformed' kidnappers and terrorist, and even fund there university education so they can reduce the number of people they murder on daily basis, what is Domestic Violence to such people.. Nothing mahn

If you choose to stay in it for one reason or the other, stay but do not seek public validation. It's your pains and your life. People who try to save your life by asking you to leave always become your enemies. My elder sister, my niece choose to stay in abusive marriages and I have given up on all of you dv victims.

One of the reasons couples want to stick together even when there is no love between them anymore is 'What will people say' . I have been begging my husband for 2 years now to give me a divorce since we are separated and he is saying people will laugh at him cos this is his second failed marriage. He tells people all is well with us even though I am in another country (I ran when the beating got too much)and we have not even talked for months. I've moved on already. I have a new family now.
