    1. I love the way you eat, very light and healthy. Most people in Nigeria cannot eat like this, people are used to heavy food like swallow, rice, yam all the time probably because they are cheaper but in the long run very unhealthy.

    2. Prettiest Rosie, you are so right, Mrs A.E menu is ideal, I tell you.

Mine is herbal tea(uziza, uda, clovers and ehuru, grinded together) I am sipping and keeping an eye on the kids.

I will take goat meat pepper soup later today.

Hubby and kids had eaten, rice, beans with goat meat stew, of course with a cup of tea to push it down!
      Happy weekend guys!!

    4. You are correct, most people cannot afford certain kind of food in Nigeria 😒 because it's so expensive especially people with children, so they go for basic food like rice, beans, swallow. But in Western world, there are varieties and affordable too.

    2. Every state have their own style. Anambra and enugu fry their own abacha. Sister inlaw made abacha for me and I got to know how priceless my mum and aunties abacha is. So no state makes abacha better than imo state o, around okigwe, uturu. The leaf is anara leaf. I never eat abacha with utazi leaf before. Abacha with garden egg, cola nut, fried fish or garnished kpomo is pure heaven. Hehehe
