Former PPRTT Boss Maina's Son Fasal Has Fled To The US Via Niger Republic

Fugitive Faisal Maina, son of Abdulrasheed Maina has fled to the United States of America (USA)....








The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC’s lawyer, Mohammed Abubakar told Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
Abubakar that Faisal Maina sneaked to the USA through the Republic of Niger.

Earlier Justice Abang, in a committal proceeding ruling, ordered Faisal’s surety, Sani Dan-Galadima to forfeit a property used as a bail bond.

Dan-Galadima, is a member of the House of Representatives, from Kaura-Namoda Federal Constituency of Zamfara.

Faisal was granted a N60 million bail with a surety in the like sum, who must be a serving member of the House of Representatives.

He and the father Abdulrasheed Maina was Chairman of the defunct Presidential Pension Reformed Task Team (PPRTT) 
are facing several cases of money laundering.

  2. I am not a lawyer but as an addict of CI Channels I think He can be brought back,because Nigeria and U.S have an extradition treaty.But we have seen how things played in the past with Dieazani and co,with how they beat the system by acting smart.

  4. Extraditional laws are for countries where things are working. Alot of dese northerners are kuku from niger republic,sure he has Niger republic passport which made fleeing easier for him. By now he may have crossed over to Mexico from US sef.
