      Most times they will smelt them and cast rods or rails for house buildings or use them to make other metal objects..That is what they do vandalizing government property here and there..You won't believe most of the road signs are stolen by them to do all these nonsense

    They should be dealt with. The effect of this theft will jeopardize the rail way system in the country. Expensive electricity cables were stolen in my area and it's been over a week now, no light because IKEDC has failed to replace the cables.
    Some Nigerians are just evil, they can steal anything not minding the effect on the populace.
