Actor Sadiq Daba Has Passed On....

Nigerian Television Authority reports that Veteran broadcaster and Nollywood actor, Sadiq Daba died on Wednesday evening of March 3,2021 after a prolonged battle with leukemia and prostate cancer.. 

His acting career came to prominence in the late 1970s with his role in Cockcrow at Dawn.

    2. True talk. I'm just recalling the theme song of 'Cockrow at Dawn' and Sadiq's character in it, with some nostalgia. I was a big too young to understand the story then. May his soul rest in peace.

    I remember one interview he anchored one upcoming artiste.
    I guess he was disgusted by her lack of sense and he couldn't help it, cos it was written all over his face.
    Then he asked her if she knew a certain veteran music artist and she said she didn't. He lashed out at her.
    The girl was so embarrassed.
