    1. Dear Paris, what do you use in locking your hair and is it single as in one one from the bottom?
Please, don't tell me pin cos that thing is a scam and can cut hair.

    3. Look for those that do palm roll. It doesn't cause pain. Locking the hair shouldn't cause pain. If the loctician uses crotchet pin to lock your hair it will break the hair. I've been on locs since 6 years and I haven't lost a strand and I don't feel pains. My hair is almost waist length so I know what I'm writing about.

  11. I’m glad to announce that my battle with cystic acne is over. For unknown reasons, I noticed big painful acne appearing on my face. It was really disturbing even though I tired to chin up. All effort to get rid of it proved abortive.

At a point, I had to resort to organic products (which helped reduce the breakout albeit made my skin tone brighter). As a dark skin chocolate beauty, I wasn’t comfortable with this.

Long story short, after trying several brands, the battle is over. I feel very confident with my face now. I’m not there yet, but I love the progress. My new skincare stash was delivered this evening.

I’m all freshened up and reading “Hush Hush” by James Patterson and Candice Fox. I’m an avid reader. Miss me with PDF books because it’s not my style. Nothing beats the smell and feel of holding a-hardcover book. Love it.

Ok guys. Have a lovely weekend.

Why is it that some women are afraid of their husbands like a comment on the last Chronicle asked??It got me thinking about how some chronicles annoy and irritate me.Especially the ones that don't know how to confront their husbands over a situation.Did something lead to the fear? What exactly are you afraid of that you can't discuss issues or confront him??

I don't know what is wrong with me, there was this guy in my hostel were I stayed from 2018 to 2020, he can look at me, the guy go dey stare at me continuously without blinking an eye, sometimes, he winks at me and smiles and most times he always make sure our eyes lock before he looks away...I am a boy top oo

At first it was so annoying and make me feel uncomfortable and at the same time I dey feel my self big time, I love the affection I won't lie, he don't talk to me, not even good morning, so I was so disturb about it and I had to tell a Friend and before me telling my friend, I was try to greet him, baba go act so shy to respond so I left him along

Fast forward to where my friend ask me to talk to him, according to my friend it obvious he likes me and what to be my friend. And this guy get money oo, roll with big boys in the hostel, heard he is the brilliant of them all, so I decided to follow my friend advice.. and when it comes to other people guy Man no dey shy oo, but when it comes to me, guy can't even speak to his friends in my present, is either he walks away or he stop talking, and this guy cute scatter, damnn it, I Never knew until when something happened at the hostel so we had to gather together for a meeting, that was the first time I saw the handsomeness, he has close beauty,

So I followed by friend advice ooo, I do some little research at the hostel, got his WhatsApp number and engage him in a conversation, hmmmmmm, he couldn't even type, guess he was shy or shock...he didn't ask how I got his number, so I ask him the obvious question, why do you always look at me? Hope I didn't do him wrong? That I will like to know, baba says that how he look at everyone oo, I said okay, the next day, I message him and I said hi...he blocked me immediately, wowwwww,I was so shocked to my teeth and that was the end...I was belittle, he pained me, the next day morning he look at me I said good morning, I didn't respond to his greetings, you blocked me and you expect me to say hi to you... Wowwwww

After that the looking Sha reduce, and I kept wondering why he blocked me, I couldn't figure it out, this is somebody that would literally walk up ask early as 7am to come to my window side to stare at him until I wake up to look at the window, eyes locked before he will leave to his room, this happen for like 3 months and now you blocked me....e shock me ooo ..

I won't lie, I don start to dey feel this guy already, I just want him to fuck me silly at that moment, thank God for saving me because I for turn guy for that guy matter

So that's the story ooo .. fast forward to January 2020, one fine guy moved in to our hostel, naso baba start to dey act nice to this guy until they became so close and now friends... the thing pain me ehnnn,me and this new guy are friends too but I envy how how this guy that had a crush on me like the new guy, so I maintain my space and leave them alone, still on still, he is still very shy and act like a child when he sees me coming or pass him by the walk way at the hostel,

March came we left for coronavirus and came back this year March after a year...uhmmmm I moved out of the hostel cause I can't afford it no more...too expensive and I dey final year, as for the guy and the new guy, they are still there, Only God know what is going on, but I miss how he look at me and gives me that stare with his big eyes and how shy and how he act like a toddler if I walked by him....this is the end

She fell asleep at about 8:30pm , an hour later she wakes up realises we are not at home , she jumps down from the bed screaming and goes downstairs. She grabs her boots and coat and she tries to push her stroller and keeps banging at the door front door wanting to leave. She's been doing it for over 30 mins. I lead her back to the room she tries to fall asleep remembers she's not at home and becomes hysterical. I have been trying to convince her dad lets go to Nigeria this year but with this behaviour I wonder if she'll settle since its a completely different environment
