ReplyDeleteIt is well, just like that those eight people are gone forever, I wonder the thought that would run through their minds at that moment the crash was about to happen. I pray God give their families the fortitude to bear the loss.

ReplyDeleteWho saw when the soldiers were trying to put cap,shoes on top of the caskets? They got it all wrong.
Fist, they put their pair of shoes on the head beside cap. Then another soldier came and remove them took to the feet put place them wrongly. Then later turned the shoes.
My question, is this the first time they are burying military personnel?
Even the caskets were wrongly placed.
I feel someone should have been by the grave side directing the pall bearers as they were approaching.
They kept turning the caskets.
All the shoes were wrongly place before another went round turning them.
There is everything wrong with this hausa govt. No knowledge of anything.Even their core areas. How competent and experienced were the pilots on manoeuvring in bad weather. How competent are the whether forecasters and those at Airport control towers when they are mostly Hausas and not properly trained.
One of them even quoted the date of the crash as 21 May 2020.
No past service chief was present. Buhari could not attend the burial of his service chief but can fly out of the country to express shock at any given time to another. Not even VP was there. Did you all see our so called Defence Minister. Did you understand what he was saying. Old men that should be playing with their grand children are in position of authority. I'm not a soldier but at least I was a quarter guard in camp. It's not easy doing those things much less under depression. The practice for it and given that it was done under 24hrs, they did a hell of a job.
DeleteBesides, imagine honouring your boss in a country you've sworn to die for and not one governor, VP or even the president showed up. There is a glaring show of abandonment. Cut them some slack.
