  5. Governor Zulum, don't be alarmed. Haven't you heard that soldiers are asking for sex before giving out foodstuff and other essentials....things that were donated to IDPs.

Don't be surprised...rather work and ensure all displaced persons are back to their homes and Boko Haram is a thing of the past.

    1. Thank you. SO many rapes happen in these camps, many unspoken. In many cases women and young girls are forced to marry simply to have a protector because if they are without male protection they are walking targets for sexual assaults and gang assaults too. And if they are starving what will some do? How far will a nursing mother or a mother of very young children go to keep their children alive? If giving up her body for food is all she can do then she will do it. That same woman would never do that if her circumstances were different, it is life's circumstance that brought her to that place. These women are preyed on constantly.

The sad thing is that these ppl in influential positions have no consciousness of what is really happening to ppl. They make statements and know not what they speak of, they have not gone to the camps in an unofficial capacity to gather information and enlightenment. When they visit they visit with a large entourage with media present and do not devote any time at length to sit, speak and get to understand the road that led those ppl into the camps. They know nothing about the realities of these camps. Sir, it's not prostitution its ABUSE!!!!

  8. I had an arguement with my darling late father about how people were still getting pregnant and having children under IDP conditions. There was a time, the women were having babies daily and some multiple births at the time. I felt, their situation should depress them enough to kill any sexual arousal, my father said since they were not working, sex is their only recreation and nature can call at anytime regardless of the situation. I concluded that in that case they should use protection and stop bringing more children to the unstable situation they were facing. Now with the abundant free sex, prostitution don enter
