Imo State 1st Lady Chioma Uzodinma Rescues Widow And Her 5 Children After Brother In Law Demolished Entire House

Imo state first Lady Chioma Uzodinma's The GoodHope Flourish Foundation (GHFF),brought smiles to the face of a devastated and homeless widow, Mrs. Ifeyinwa Okechi whose house was allegedly destroyed by her brother-in-law...








The GoodHope Flourish Foundation (GHFF), in liaison with the Ministry of Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups (MWAVG)reacted swiftly by providing her with a conducive accommodation that was fully paid for....

 Mrs Okechi who hails from Ihitte Ukwa, Orsu L.G.A was also given some financial assistance to enable her cater for herself and her five children...

This gesture is to further reiterate the GHFF's commitment and determination in ensuring the welfare of women, children, and vulnerable groups in the State.  

 Mrs Uzodinma has instructed the department of Woman Affairs/Widowhood, MWAVG, to follow up on the issue and determine the role of all actors in the drama that saw the house being demolished...

  2. So no punishment for the brother in law that carried out this act. Really love what is done for this widow but it would go a long way to implement laws that would ensure what happened to her doesn't happen to another widow

  12. Who would put a widow with five children on the streets? Folks act like their time on earth is eternal, forgetting that not even the body they occupy they have any power over it. Man, what kind of heart, if any, do you have? Your own nieces and nephews you put on the streets to be at the mercy

    God has answered her prayers and this home that demon can never touch. Kudos to the first lady and the foundation that got on top of this so quickly.
