  4. I totally concur. Only convicted criminals should be paraded. Innocent until proven guilty

Some are innocent of the offences.

  6. This is the best bill to come out of the Lagos state house of assembly. The law presumes every suspect innocent until proven guilty in a court of competent jurisdiction, why allow police to parade suspects? A man was paraded recently, he had to fight to prove his innocence. This is a welcome development

Good. Its very wrong. Media trial and sensationalism does not help. On a good day, the police is to heavily compensate those suspects that are discharged and acquitted. Great job

  11. No be like say dem even parade the Chidinma wella, sef. Till now I can hardly tell what she looks like. Her face is always covered. Women are constantly given preferential treatment. See as the Bill against parade don quickly fly comot from Assembly on account of woman. Don't be surprised if they let her off the hook, las las. Men being suckers for women since Adam. It can be annoying.
