      Ladies and men in the house, learn to add this prayer pointy before marriage. May I not marry a partner who is in love with their ex. It's the painful truth but, a lot of people are married to men and women they don't love cos they love their exes who for some reasons they did not end up with and that relationship can last forever making their present spouse miserable.

    Hello Everyone.
    This is the detailed step by step process for Express Entry (EE) migration. (I posted the study route yesterday SP, and I will be doing it in bits this week till we all know what is required at least to start. Like I said yesterday, some persons have the money but do not know what to do).

    The truth is that there are lots of ways to migrate legally to Canada but many of us (myself included) usually opt for the EE because it is the easiest (in my opinion).
    First step is have your proof of funds(POF) sitting in your account before you start or hopefully like 2 months into when you have begun the process. The reason is that when Canada invites you to submit an application for permanent residence, you will be required to submit your last six months bank statements and if any huge amount that can't be explained has come into your account, they will assume you borrowed that money so you don't have enough to live on in Canada until you get a job. Important information, if you can, withdraw your money, buy dollars and save in a domicillary account. E get why. Naira loses value everyday, and while you may have your complete POF when you start the process, by the time you are invited, naira may have lost its value again and you would have a deficit. I I wish I knew this at the beginning of mine. I needed 7.1M for my size of family, six months later naira equivalent needed was 8.2M. But if I had saved it in dollars I wouldn't have needed to source for extra money. To know the correct amount needed for a single person and other family size just google "proof of funds for Canada migration".

    Next step, have your highest degree evaluated with a foreign body. Those in the medicine line, google yours. Law degree will open an account with IQAS or ICES (google the correct spelling) all other degrees can evaluate with WES (which I did)
    Create an account with WES (on their website) enter your details, pay a fee of 230CAD (about 80k or so) then go to your Alma mater and request transcripts of your highest degree. Pay for it. Ensure you take a number of someone there to help you follow up. When the evaluating body receives your transcripts they will acknowledge you, then they will send photocopies to your institution to verify that they actually sent those papers. Some schools, you will pay extra for verification. (I know, the process is tiring. You need a basket of patience and prayers to embark on this journey). Follow up with your school on the verification matter otherwise time would be going and nothing will be done. This process takes a while(mine took four months, a friends own took one year) so start as soon as possible.

    Next step, IELTS. Spend 2-3 months studying the techniques of the exam, the different patterns needed in answering the Speaking part, the grammar they need in the Writing part, how to concentrate for 23minutes listening to various recordings and answering the questions at the same time for the Listening part, and then master True/False/Not Given in the Reading part. Don't worry, by the time you start practicing you will understand what all these means. I aced my ielts at one sitting with the grace of God and intense practice for four months. My ID name should tell you I was a telemundo fan, but during my IElts practice I never watched TV for one day. The exam is written twice every month and it costs 79k per exam. That is not chicken change so you want to spend a lot of time preparing for it. Some persons I know wrote it 3,5,9 times. Someone I know spent over 700K writing IELTs.
    You can practice with IeltsLiz, Crack Ielts with Rob (YouTube) E2 language (YouTube) get practice questions from IELtS British Council website and IDP/MOD.

    I don't want information overload so I will stop here for now. Tomorrow I will post the remaining requirements about age, French advantage, determining your NOC, being in the pool.

      You can sell a property at anytime in the process and attach a proof that you sold something to backup how that heavy amount entered your account. Some can also gift you money and you go to court to get a document(I've forgotten the name) to back it up.

      In my opinion however, people do not have to wait till POF is complete before diving into the pool. You can sell your house, car, get a gift deed etc to raise money. The most important part is to get the ITA. Every other thing is workable.

    P.S someone asked me yesterday if the study route favors family. I saw it very late. You get the admission then apply for study visa for only yourself. If granted (the visa officers have to be convinced you are coming back to naija hence you apply for only yourself) you travel, start school then apply for your spouse and kids to join you. Your spouse gets a work permit and your kids attend free school. I don't know if healthcare is free for study visa holder's but it's free for permanent residence. All these free healthcare and kids education comes out of the heavy taxes residents pay though.

      Number 1 you need patience. Now invest in The ordinary products. Personally their niacinamide serum did wonders for me. I also used their alpha Arbutin and vitamin c serum. And retinol please! Use the low strength one if you are a beginner. For your healthy breakfast option I don’t know cos I usually skip breakfast

    Please, how do people double their hustle? I've been reading double your hustle and I'm confused.
    Let say I am a month end salary earner which can barely feed me completely in a month and I don't have time or break from work except on Sundays. How do I double my hustle like this or is there something not clear here?

      For me,I think doubling one's hustle means advancing into multiple streams of income.
      Maybe starting out with a little biz that doesn't involve huge capital.
      You could try out oil perfume,sell and see how it goes. Even this Ankara,or plain and pattern,look for good design and with 10k you could start. The main thing is for you to talk for people to buy(avoid credit o as much as possible),rubber slippers etc.

      It could also mean as a professional if you have the finance,get more certifications that would give you an edge over your colleagues. When an opportunity presents itself,you would be taken
      Putting more zeal into your work.

      As a caterer for instance, discover more recipes etc.
      Just try to do more

      Double your hustle means you have to put God Almighty in all things you are doing. Ask him to give you wisdom to make your effort good.

      Let His grace takes over and you will see things fall in place for you.

      It is not immediate but with time things will move.

      A lot of you wants proceeds faster, it does not work like that or you go meet devil to make it faster for you.

      Ask yourself if you Unfortunately lost your whole monthly salary in a month, won't you find a way to survive until the next month? I'm sure the answer is yes meaning you can still save from your little salary no matter what.

      In your case, since you work from monday to Saturday, you can start an online business. You can sell things like, jewelry, lingerie, dresses etc and you can control the delivery time. Meaning you can package all your orders in the night and give them to a delivery very early in the morning to deliver to your clients before going to work. You can also start a YouTube channel by recording in the night. There are many things you can do just think outside the box. All the best.

      Double your hustle means finding a gig. Something you can do gainfully on the sidelines, that won’t affect your normal job. There is the gig economy now. Unlike some cities in the world, which runs a 24hour economy, Nigeria’s own is run at your own risk. You can refer people to estate realtors and get your commission, house agents, sell recharge cards, refer people who want to buy a car, be in charge of asp ebi sales and distribution anytime people you know wants to do an occasion,befriend a legislator and see if they can give you contracts, anything you do on the sidelines, wish you all the best
