Innocent people were caught, they just entered people's houses and arrested innocent youths. They didn't arrest any fulani o make when they cleared Irigwe villages. These travellers were fulani extract with a coffin full arms, they were going to waylay the irigwe people who were having a procession to go and bury the dead that were massacred by fulani.
