  2. What if it was some people who rented and offered him that ride. If I he turns it down he will be referred to as proud. And then he has accepted it is an issue. Haba!

  3. If this man comes on a bicycle, same Nigerians will drag him down from the
bicycle; that "he is poor, could not even afford a motocycle..."
    So?

    1. We should drag him because he deceived many families to deny their children the good life, no television,no international school, no earrings,no summer trips, no make up, so many luxuries then he's cruising in a limousine. A limousine? That's the height of deception. Kumuyi is a .....

    2. And if he comes on a motorcycle, they will drag him down and ask "why can't he even afford a car?"
He comes on a car; "and why can't he come on a Lexus?"
He comes on a Lexus; "Why can't he come on a Limo or Royce?"
He buys a Limo or Royce; "Are your mates not riding on private jets?"
      What really do Nigerians want?

    3. 17.14 he did not deceive anyone. The Bible is there for each person to read, you cannot blame your life choices on a pastor, you are answerable to God and God alone. So, kindly, take a seat.

    4. 18:21 go sit for dirty gutter.
He crafted church doctrine and deceived families. Disobeying his instructions had punishments.
      Don't tell me nonsense.

    5. 20.08 He crafted church doctrine and you were deceived? What happened to YOUR Bible? Please, go and take a sest.

  4. Matthew 11:18For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a demon!’ 19The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Look at this glutton and drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ But wisdom is vindicated by her actions.”

  8. This world sha. How can a Church leader be so extravagant in the face of severe hardship in the country?? These are the same people that wouldn’t allow simple makeup and short dresses. Even frowned upon women wearing pants. I remember when they even criticized people for watching TV or owning one. They called it the Devils Box back then. When they they started broadcasting on TV, it was no longer a Devils Box.
I remember how my Aunt, will wear long Ugly gowns and tie her beautiful hair so tightly that air wouldn’t even get in but her husband was wearing nice suits. Chai!! SU people those days Na wa

    2. Have you ever considered if it was members that wanted this. Una wickedness only God can help. If an imam comes with limo you all will keep quite.

Go and destroy the limo and give him donkey to ride as Jesus Christ rode on a donkey

      Delete
    3. Hanty calm down. That was the ride the VP sent to pick him up at the airport. The man sef wasn't expecting it. Abi he should have taken Keke instead?

    4. What he preaches or what they church members accept is not my problem at all. My problem is the church members not using antiperspirant and wanting to get close to people. It's not fair. Cleanliness is next to Godliness.

      Delete
    5. Are you sure you are not the one in need of the antiperspirant? Considering you are the common denominator.

      Delete
    6. Anon 21:35😆😆😆😆😆😆
I really didn't mean to laugh

    7. Yes he should have taken keke 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Someone gifted the pope, brand new Lamborghini Huracan in 2018. He thanked n appreciated the gift while letting the sender understand that he can’t keep it but would rather auction it bad send the proceeds to the poor and needy. If it were some ‘pastors’ (we know them), they have cruised the life out of it without thinking twice while their members are in penury. Clicks tongue like stella 😏

      Delete
    8. And what about other gifts he collected that you did not know about? Be there deceiving yourself. Look into Jesus and not a mere mortal like you!

      Delete
  9. Dragging him isn’t necessary... They should allow the man to enjoy his life joor.. Deeper life pastors are not meant look haggard the way people wants , and sees it...,He obviously wants to change the narrative ... lol

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. But they encourage their members to look haggard.

      Delete
    2. They do not encourage their members to look hagard. The fact that someone doesn't apply makeup or jewelleries doesn't mean the person looks hagard. You can look the natural way you are and still dress well that you'll look extremely cool.

Television, so one area uncle had 4 girls back to back.
He refused to buy TV being a member of DLC.
His kids used to go to their bachelor neighbor's place to watch movies.
Then one day, he was arguing with my brother on the issue, then my brother told him that, one by one, his girls would come back home pregnant.
      Hello !
That week, uncle bought extra big TV.

Moreover, he has paid his dues and deserves to enjoy the ride and more....

  24. Our Lord Jesus was not cheap either, or didn't you guy read, they had to cast lots to determine who kept his Tunic, because it was of a high-end Divine brand.
Kumuyi can drive a land jet, if he can afford it.

    ReplyDelete
  25. And l know why they are dragging him, it is because of his past interpretation of "worldly stuff"
Guys, should cut him some slack, because Baba has evolved over time.
Older Pastors used to think, not going with the tide of civilization was a sign of humility.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I was on YouTube one day and I saw his program live. I was like, how can Deeper Life be on the internet? I mean if TV and NTA were bad not like we even had cable then only some rich people had satellite, what would they have to say about internet? The answer is change is constant and everyone needs to adapt to change and that's what he is doing. Anyway the children that had their childhood ruined because of his doctrine deserve an unreserved apology. The time I saw this man with one watch like that, was probably even Rolex, I just shook my head.

  27. THE VICE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA SENT THE LIMO TO PICK HIM AS A MARK OF HONOUR. (Yes. I 'm shouting!)

    Can we rest now?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Stop shouting!!
Why would the VP, send a Limo to pick him up?
It better be his personal money and not tax payers money. There should be a separation of Church and state. Have you seen where any country sent a Limo to pick up the Pope?? What happened to other cars?? He could have used his personal car to get Oga GO.

    2. Please SHOUT, as obviously the anon 19.43 still cannot hear well.

The pastor reached airport, Limo came to pick him, he entered. Shikena!

  28. I see so many Judas Iscariot here. "The oil is too costly to anoint the feet of Christ" he said...and he then suggested they sell it and give the proceeds to the poor as if he truly cared about them. Shameless hypocrite he was. Now Kumuyi shouldn't be seen in a limo, yet you shout the loudest AMEN in church to claim a prosperity prophecy. Anyway, Papa said he will correct some erroneous doctrines guiding their church before he dies. I guess this is one of them. Please let us be guided in our utterances. Aside being a servant of God, he is old enough to be our father.

  29. I'm not shocked seeing it because I have been shocked before.

The day the dedicated DLC at Dabo Bashroun street off Alidada bus stop & I saw Pastor convoy,3 exotic jeeps like government officials & security guards at Alidada going home I was shocked.

He does not have anything of his own except he is given and I think he deserves even more.
    God bless you sir
    More grace for the race.

  33. Some are busy defending while others are criticizing a man of God who has not uttered a word.

On the last day, each one WILL ONLY ANSWER FOR HIMSELF or HERSELF for the life lived on earth. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️

  34. A man who brainwashed people in the core 80s, 90s, and early 00s not to wear trousers, apply makeup, or use jewelry and not watch television, calling it the devil's box? Deeper life during those years was more of a closed-knit religious cult than anything else. It's only God who knows those truly serving him and also when he suddenly realized that TV and the Internet are no longer inventions of the devil. Let us all work out our own personal salvation with fear and trembling not according to the tenets of some man who claims to hear and see God. He could be hallucinating for all we know.
