I was feeling down this morning. I can be highly sensitive esp when someone comes at me. Well, my mom did that this morning and i left the house feeling awful. I work really hard and sometimes it feels like I don't even get anything for myself cos i rather safe to put back in my business.

Anyways I just wanted to feel good so, I decided to buy phone stickers for my phone to brighten up my day and make me smile. Yard poeple, i ended up buying stickers from gadgets shops, got to the office, looked at it again and then i realised it's actually an ugly sight. I removed it and threw away. Then it dawned on me that i just wasted money.

Then a small voice said to me... Its not everything you want, that's good for you. Learn to control your emotions else it will control you.
I still feel bad, but I learnt my lesson.

@Tinnitus poster, i have been experiencing this tinnitus since 2015 November. Started due to noise trauma at work. Heavy machinery. So far no solution ooo it drives me nut at times, but what can i do. I have run test. All they keep saying is you have to leave with it. Sometimes i play whitenoise at night before i can sleep. You have to master how to ignore it. Also listening to music helps. Please don't be using ear piece ooo. I kind of makes it worse. #livingwithtinnitus.

The tinnitus is something else like I can’t remember the sound of silence again😭😭 I’m tired it’s a permanent whistling kettle in my ear. No peace in my ear no cure . I’ve gone out of my mind already.

Ears self cleansing? I only know using cotton buds is not the recommended way to clean your ears but to use a special eardrop to clean...Not rinsing out toothpaste are recommended by dentists anyway...

Hmmmmmm this is for the person with tinnitus, there is no cure for it, just stay away from loud speakers, I sustained mine more than ten years ago when I was attending one penticostal church where some clueless choir masters believe that increasing the sound to the highest is the only way God will hear us, it was a night vigil and the ringing started, for days I couldn't sleep but I managed to cope and live with it, not completely gone but now I try my best never to sit near loud speakers.

This reminds me of my 1st and last time I went to club. For complete 3 days my ear was doing wiiiiiii like a broken speaker.
It stopped on the 4th day and I swear not to enter club again.
I hate too much noise, especially car horn, that on makes me feel like I'm going mad when too much. I can't live close to main road.

Now if you choose to go against medical advice and do what you've been doing, it's your choice and you have the right to stand by it, but STOP castigating those who choose to make their informed decision too.
