DeleteMy half brother plays the role of father to everyone else, even though it's different mom and all four of us are same mum. We respect his decisions and I even relate to him more than my brothers of same mum. Infact, I grew up thinking my step mother was my mother and she stood as my mother on my wedding day and funded my education abroad. Speak of what you know of or shut up abeg.

I am from polygamous home too, the wives don’t like themselves because it’s understandable but we the children’s bond are so strong that people don’t know which one is from which mother. We genuinely celebrate our success together. Out of 11 of us, 7 is living abroad including myself, despite our dad passed on 11 years ago, we are still financially supporting our stepmothers and sending our younger siblings to school. You can’t even hear from us that we are have siblings, it’s only people that are closer to us knows that.
