Joel Odumakin, who is the President 'Women Arise for Change Initiative' made the disclosure in a statement titled “Yinka Odumakin returns”.
She said that the “mother and the babies are in excellent health condition”.
The twins, a boy and a girl, were delivered at a US hospital on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
Yinka Odumakin died at the age of 54 on Friday, April 2, 2021, after battling with respiratory problems from COVID-19 complications.
The twins came years after she had a daughter in 2000 and a son in 2003.
Congratulations to her. May God keep them.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to her
DeleteEeyah.... Congrats. May God come through for her ππΏ

ReplyDeleteTonia
Good news.. Congratulations to her family.
DeleteCongrats to her.
ReplyDeleteWow God be praised...Congratulations ma..
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to her, family members should be close to her as the memory of her late husband may weigh her down emotionally.
ReplyDeleteShe is 55 years and already had kids. What exactly were they still looking for? I would have understood if she hadn't had kids already.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the Odumakin,God bless and keep the babies and mom in good health.
DeleteThis really gives me hope,my doctor was saying things about age but I told him that my grandma had a child at 47 and I am about to clock 40 but Ttcing for over a decade now.. please God bless my womb and shorten the days of this delay in Jesus name..Amen!
Please don't be insensitive. Everyone cannot live life the way you deem fit, and you are not God to decide how people should live their lives.
DeletePs - Protection is not 100% either.
Anon 9:51....keep hope alive. Miracles do happen and still happens.
DeleteI had a parent when I was still a pry school teacher in 2006 who had her daughter (who was my pupil) at age 60. She was elderly and you could clearly see it. Later she had a boy. Miracles still happen so keep believing.
Congrats to the Odumakins.
@anon 9:51 Amen
DeleteAnon, 2 things you don't make a fuss about are when people give birth at any age and when people are struggling to get married. You could loose all that in one day. I'm 47 and still praying for my first fruit. Should I stop now because I'm 47 going on 48?
DeleteAnd how is it any of your business anon 9:31.. Some of you can be so insensitive sha.. smh
DeleteThis was what I wanted to write but I controlled myself. Sometimes life is not perfect. Im sure every would like a bit of turn in their present lifestyle. I'm 47 with 2 daughters, with one in University. When my husband saw this, he forwarded it to me because I had already told him i do not want to try for a boy at my age.
DeleteGrateful for everything .
May God continue to be with the woman and her children.
All Anonymous bvs hoping on God for this miracle, may it come speedily and bring you fulfillment in Jesus name amen..
DeleteYou will not hope in vain.
From the official statement above , you should know that she used a surrogate mum . You people will not read to understand. Na wa!
DeleteAnony 13;47.. because you understood better than the people you are cajoling shouldn't make you this insensitive please.
Delete13.47 I think you are making a wrong assumption here. Many people use the phrase "mother and child are doing well" after the birth and it's nothing to do with using a surrogate, it's simply referring to themself or their spouse in the 3rd person which is permitted.
DeleteOh dear!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the family
Awwwww
