People close to her should reach out please....

    1. This generation with suicidal thoughts are like 5&6. Should I take it that we are not built to be resilient and though enough to be brave in the face of our challenges or that we must be indulging in somethings that has unnaturally reduced our God-given ability surmount obstacles? E.g. social media pressure and drug abuse or our spirituality is just so hollow that death always look more attractive than beating the crap out of our problems. Another question is, are these challenges/problems real or just live in our heads where we blow them out of proportion?

    2. but you said you were suicidal at some point in your life ms.saphire? and you are shocked your life turned out how it eventually did. so maybe you can also answer the question.

      Delete
    3. @Sapphire. You're right. Same questions I ask. There's no challenge that's new but, these days, every little thing, next is a 'suicidal' post.
I generally blame this era of permissiveness that does not encourage strong character building or the need to push yourself. This generation lacks Gumption. It's sad.

  4. It is well with your soul, keep pushing.

    2. Too beautiful to think suicide?
Struggles do not look face, whether you are beautiful or ugly. Trials come to all at one point or the other. I wish her well.

      Delete
    3. Right. So suicide is for "ugly" people?
You'll be shocked to find out the struggles that people who seem well put together go through.

      Delete
    4. She is too beautiful to think suicide, so funny🤣🤣🤣, waiting concern beauty with suicide @shootal gyal?

      Delete
    5. She's beautiful? Yes. But, something is missing.
She doesn't seem to have found herself, despite the good platform and early start she had.

Dates the wrong guys, goes from beauty queen to rapper (none really paid off), no well-known hustle, no kids. Come on! Her friends have all gone into new phases. Them Ada Yobo and even that Sarah Ofili who seemed like an air-head don hook one responsible guy, marry. And trust women to make you feel less-than, when they have something you don't. You can imagine how she feels.

I believe she will be okay. She should just shut down and face God. Sometimes, when ones destiny is great, the battle is tougher than most. But when you find peace in God, some things won't phase you out.

  6. Oh dear! I hope there are friends and relatives close to her location, let them be with her
May God rectify whatever it is that is disturbing her and give her strength

Sapphire your first paragraph was so condescending. Stop with the endless rhetoric questions sounding all high and mighty.

Show empathy and stop asking unnecessary questions. Good for you that you have all the life's manual to handle the curveballs life throws at you. Sadly, no matter how strong some people are they eventually get tired after holding on for so long that all they need might just be a listening ear or a hug not a question filled lectures accentuating their weakness. Not a perfect being (who has considered suicide at some point)going all philosophical on them.

Simply because someone is suicidal does not mean they are weak or not resilient.

Good for you that you have gotten to your happy place. This is her own valley she will come out of it too. In the meantime, show love no need to be asking unnecessary questions.

is that not you down there?

10years ago, I was a mess, suicidal at some point. Even b4 that 10 years ago nobody taught much will become of me.

were the problems you faced then Real? and the people you claimed thought much will not become of you just an imagination in your own head you blew our of proportion?

Just expected you to be kinder since you claimed you have been where muna is, before. Oh well!

    1. Trust BVs to dig out receipts! 👌 I don't understand why people can't show empathy to others. It's also fine to keep quiet if you have nothing positive to add to a situation.

  24. Stella, so many of us feel very tired of Earth already. This year, I've felt my heart beat one Kain and I've been so afraid of dying. I've been so sick and I've just thought of dying but the thought of my son and how my mom would take it keeps me going each day. Many of the prayer friends one makes barely do much in times of trouble. You'll be feeling down and call and call but they won't take and you wonder why. It's very depressing and even as I type this, I'm so afraid. I'm currently pregnant but can barely sleep without nightmares. Everything seems under an attack and I feel so weak and vulnerable to pray enough cos I feel my heart is failing. Should I just die and rest than to live a life of fear and pain?

    1. I'm sorry you feel this way dear, but I want you to know it's a phase, just be strong for your child and the one you are carrying, trust me I understand how you feel because I deal with severe anxiety.. I keep telling myself it's a phase and overlook it, it does work when you act like you are in control of your life and not your situation. The mind is very complex, if you don't subdue it, it will subdue you. And hey.. please don't get tired of talking to God.😘😘

    2. Just want to send hugs and a word of prayer for you both @ 15.28, 16.51. I pray the peace of God that passes all understanding will fill your hearts. Amen 🙏

    4. My dear I know this might sound cliche and all. But please try NSPPD. I was at zero level faith wise, when I started praying but I saw my faith jump up on that altar.
Funny thing is that I'm yet to recieve my main testimony o but you see this God eh? I've learnt to trust Him all over again, thanks the morning prayers and those mind blowing testimonies.
It is well with you dear.

  25. We all been there, Muna. I am just about ready for the mothership to come beam me up any day now.

Seeing all the devastation, pain, injustice, poverty and wickedness in this world will take a toll on your spirit if you are setup a certain way. Jesus felt it too, Earth life is exhausting. But we just have to push through with our purpose and do as much good as we can to make it a little better for others so their generations don't have to feel as much pain. No, not one of us can change the world, we can only change a small part, but if more of us did a small part a whole lot of people would know more joy.

This is why our lifetime was shortened from hundreds of years to just decades. If it was not shortened we would all end up with ptsd and greater mental disorders from witnessing all the wickedness. The flip side of that is that it is now harder to prefect yourself spiritually on the shorter time span we get to work with.
