Delete1) bitter leaf and with clove basil i.e scent leaf . Take equal qyantity blend them in blender , take 2 spoon add hot water allow it to steep for 20min drink on empty stomach do it for 2days once in a day but PLS CHECK THE LEVEL daily.
2) Mistletoe tea take it daily
3) Avocado seeds dry it and bleed it take it as tea .
4) garlic also work but you may not like the smell
5) Andrographis paniculata ( ewe jogbo in yoruba) drink as tea 1st in the morning.
In all watch what you eat , learn to eat healthy food eat more of greens , avoide some fruits like water melon cucumber is okay, take more water , it is well

DeleteIs there a fake fish? They are a different breed, not fake except the fish is manufactured. The only fish you should be concerned about are home bred fish that are being feed hormones, not natural sea fish.

ReplyDeletePure coconut oil + camphor. Mix thoroughly and apply on the scalp. I have a colleague who testifies to this recipe's goodness.
DeleteBreak camphor into tiny pieces, mix with little Kero and apply on the hair then tie with scarf and use satin bonnet on it. Leave for about 30-40 minutes or till you can't take it no more. Wash off with shampoo and warm water then comb thoroughly.

Change bedsheets and pillow cases immediately.
It burns though so if it's for a child you make sure the child is in your view and wash off as soon as he/ she complains.
