DeleteAccording to DSF, her mum's family sent her parents to the UK where she was born. Mum had issues with immigration and was deported to Nigeria. Dad tells them that mum does not love or care for them,and that she left them and moved to Nigeria. Meanwhile, mum did everything including marrying someone else in order to return to the UK to see her children. When DSF moved to Nigeria for school, mum also tried to see her but dad instructed the school not to let her meet her daughter. DSF did not know about her mother's many attempts to see her. They only met once when she was 13 and it didn't go well. So, mum died when she was 14 and that was when she found out the truth cos mum left a lot of things(Investments I believe )in her and her brother's name. She also said that her mum's family believe they are the cause of her death. She died while giving birth to a child. She was told that her mother chose to have another child in order to forget them. What a petty, wicked man!
Sometimes it's good to listen to one's family. This story is similar to my mother's. Married down in the name of love. Her family objected to the marriage and asked her never to come to them for help. So mumsy has been on her own. There are 5 of us and she paid for everything from prenatal visits to labour and delivery fee. Daddy does not care. He still depends on her for food, everything and tries to pit us against her. He came to enjoy his fellow men's wealth. Please women, don't start what you cannot sustain or finish. It's too late for my mother to leave. She's almost 65 years old. Praying she gets a visa soon and visit .
