Ikokore for Breakfast!!!
Someone said that if a Yoruba Lady gives you Ikokore for Breakfast, you will be hooked to her....lol
Same you you will b hooked if you taste Ekpankwuko (Did i get the spelling?)
Today I am having only hot tea this Morning because i plan to have something heavy for Lunch....
What are you having for Lunch?
I haven't tasted ikokore before. I will probably check how it's prepared on YouTube and try it out. I am having Spaghetti for breakfast π

DeleteThis Ekpan takes hours to prepare but it's a hit all day, everyday especially when it's cooked with periwinkles that are still in their shell and correct dry fish.

ReplyDeleteAwele enjoy, reduce the qty of Pepsi to half or none at all. Taking liquids with food washes away the digestive juices that that your digestive system already produced to break down your food.
Delete@ shining , that Pepsi is addictive. I'm seriously trying to wean myself off it. Today makes it two days without Pepsi. I will keep striving till I can do a month and later years without it.

ReplyDeleteWhat can one do with condensed milk, someone gifted me the big tin of condensed milk and it has been sitting there for a while, the amount of sugar in that thing is scary
Make kunu or buy from a neat seller. When about to take kunu, top it off with some condensed milk, add some groundnuts and enjoy yaself
DeleteMake homemade ice cream and store in the freezer.
DeleteOr buy roasted groundnut,grind it to a paste and make peanut nugget with it.

Well me sha, I'm currently and actively having cold eba and hot ogbono soup with 5 big big biscuit bone. I'm thinking of going vegan. So no meat for me for now.
